    My phone was on SOS mode for over 12 hours. Patrick solved the issue quickly. He was very helpful and provided great customer service.

Bro didn't even try to help and said it was Apple's problem, even though no one was in AT&T. I walked over to one of their phones and asked AI for help, and I was able to fix my phone on my own. . We barely received any help, the associates obviously did not want to be there and were both glued to their phones. When we asked questions, we were told to call customer service or he wasn't sure. We came in to combine 2 lines and upgrade both our phones and were there an over an hour before closing. Oscar insisted we separate the lines before the upgrade, then kicked us out before they even closed and with 2 completely undone lines!! They refused to help us after 6:45p because they said it would take too long to open the safe, that they were about to close and they were NOT allowed to get OT, when we had already been there for a full hour and told them what we came in for from the start expecting to get new phones that day. Instead of helping us, Oscar tried to pass things off to customer service while Jose sat doing nothing. Ultimately they made us do all the work and then told us to leave mid transaction because we ran out of time since they were not doing their jobs. I have no confidence our accounts are even linked. He refused to even check. Horrendous service. He originally told me his name was Will and then changed it to Oscar, he refused to provide any business cards, I asked for the managers contact info and finally got a phone number for Steven who is the store manager. I left a voicemail and am waiting to be contacted back.

The staff is usually helpful, and turnaround times are pretty quick. However, my last experience was really disappointing. I brought in my DualSense controllers to fix analog stick issues and paid $100 to repair three knobs. Just one week later, I had the exact same issue with one of the supposedly repaired sticks. When I brought it back, I was charged an additional $60 to fix what should have already been resolved. What's most frustrating is that I couldn't get a clear explanation as to why I was being charged again for the same issue. If a repair doesn't hold up after a week, that should fall under some kind of workmanship guarantee--not an additional charge. I want to continue supporting this business because I've had good experiences in the past, but this situation felt unfair and left me questioning the quality and accountability of the repairs.
