Ruby said I could call customer service and cancel that next month. I did not want this feature. I asked for a phone without adding to my plan. She reiterated, in a condescending way, that I'm not paying for the phone, just the feature that I could cancel. I told her again, I don't want to add to my bill, how can I get this upgrade without paying anything. I was told I could order it online. Upgrading without adding to your bill is an easy thing.
