One person will say one thing, another will say another. They will not provide any support if there is a problem with your device set up or your billing. They sold me a business plan with five lines under a promotion where new devices would be free. They said that the promotion will kick in after three months. Well it has been four month and I don't see any refunds reflected in my account for the excessive amounts they have been charging averaging $400+ per month for five lines with three new iPhones and two BYODs. Contacted Verizon twice. First time they created a ticket and I never heard back. Now I am on the phone with them and they are saying there is no promotion on my account, and to contact the location where I purchased the plan and the devices to inform Verizon about the promotions.
