My mom is a senior citizen and isn't very tech savvy; Tessa was super patient and went way out of her way to help my mom finish the set up on her phone. My mom was nervous about switching over to Verizon because she had been with AT&T for so long. I've always been a Verizon fan and Tessa showed my mom why today. Great job, Tessa! Visited family at the Lake and for some reason my iPhone couldn't get any reception. I know it can…read morebe spotty at my in-laws house but even in town my GPS wasn't working. Mike helped me out and troubleshooter my phone. First reset the phone and then swapped out the SIM card. Seemed to do the trick, but it actually still wasn't working well. The next day, I went back and Mike helped me talk to Verizon support and had them send me a new phone since it was less than a year old. The next day my phone arrived ($12.99 for FedEx) and I went back to see Mike so he could help me switch phones. We backed up my phone and then setup the new phone. He said I could stay as long as I needed so my phone app could download all of my apps. Mikes a great guy and helped me for hours without even making a cent off me. I got there...guy looked at the device and said yah no problem! The he put it in a drawer and locked it up!!!!!!!!! I asked when he was going to fix it because I was going to wait and he said it would be 2 hours. I asked why....he said that he had to go over there for awhile....pointing past me. He said I could not stay there and watch him. I paid $120 for the repair and $40 for a glass screen protector. He told me that if anything went wrong with the phone, to bring it back and he would repair it for free. We took the phone back because it stopped working. He said that he couldn't fix it because the problem was coming from "inside of the phone" and when we reminded him that he told us about the warranty he gave us the previous week, he said that he could fix it but it would be $100. When we told him that we weren't paying another $100, he reluctantly said he could repair it for $80. We ended up getting her phone replaced. Remember the $40 glass screen protector? We ended up replacing her phone and when we removed the screen protector, we discovered that it is plastic, not glass. Again, these people are CROOKS!

I went into the store and they were very nice…read more They set me up with both wireless and internet which includes a discount when you get both. Everything went well. I was almost a month into using their internet service when all of a sudden I no longer had internet. I called Verizon customer support and they said that my home location address didn't match what had been entered (by the store) or tied to the router/box that the store gave me. I live on the southwest corner of Springfield and the address that was tied to my router was on the northeast corner of Springfield. The customer service told me that internet was not available in my neighborhood. I went back to the store and they "acted" surprised. Then they tried to get me to sign up for the business internet at $20 more per month. I was so mad. I would have kept the other internet if they had just been honest with me. Now I had to find a different internet provider and I lost my bundle discount. This is pure fraud and something should be done about it.
