Today they said we don't do that at all. I will not be wasting my time with inconsistency with a business. I was about to drop over $200 dollars on booth #19. The lady behind the counter said no military discount and some guy sitting down said that discount wasn't authorized last time. Not a good business practice. I met these two when I Was 13yrs old. They had the absolute best tie dye at the lake and it was then and there I fell in love with Tie Dye. I have been a loyal customer for the past 33yrs that's something I appreciate as a small business owner myself. Eventually things will and do change. Trends change, employees change, owners changes, name changes but the one thing that has always stayed the same is the level of customer service I received every single time I was there. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago. I went in to browse and was greeted upon entry. I was there for a gift and needed some assistance so the young lady with dark hair came to assist. But instead of getting great customer service, I received a rude employee who refused to let us actually touch and look at things. She said the reasoning was due to the pandemic and she would have to sanitize everything we touched as soon as we left. Ok understandable however would that not fall into her job duties as an employee? If I were that employee and someone was looking to purchase a specific gift for someone special I would have sanitized everything in the place to accomplish two things: 1. Doing a job I'm being paid to do 2. Having that customer leave with a positive shopping experience. THE BONUS........... Repeat Customer! I did end up making a small purchase out of necessity and here we are 2 weeks later and it's broke. Obviously not the quality of products I'm use to purchasing there. So as a local resident and a year round purchaser I will have to contemplate other options going forward. Sad day in deed

I was excited to go into Oshkosh as an Aunt ready to buy for the holidays. I left empty handed. The prices at the Oshkosh were not good. I can get better name brands clothes at cheaper prices. The clothing did not seem to be of the same quality as decades ago. The store was very cluttered and no one spoke to us, or even greeted us when we visited. This one is off the list.

Tonight on June 9, 2020 there were two women working. One of them literally could not have been any more rude to me. Her only greeting to me was that they would be closing in 15 minutes. When I asked for help with something she just said "everything is out". I am so incredibly disappointed. We were in and out quickly and still purchased things, but it gives me pause on returning.
