Blairs Landing is actually 3 shops in one. There a candy shop that sells bagged and bulk candy. They also sell homemade candies behind the counter. They have old fashioned types of candies like rock candy sticks and Mary Janes. The second store sells nautical home decor. The decor is really cute and great for decorating a lake house or condo. Their prices on some of the items are a little high but most of what they sell is things I've never seen at other stores. The third store is a gift shop. They sell every thing from Tervis cups to door mats to wine openers. Cute novelty items, garden accessories, knickknacks, some clothing, toys, books and other gifts. This is such a cute little place that sits in a little outdoor shopping area. The area has a tea room, concert venue, antique shop, and many other stores. Check it out on your next Lake of the Ozarks trip. read more

We stopped in as my mother wanted to find some good candy. We were happily rewarded with some delicious truffles and homemade fudge to sample and purchase. The store is really cute with several other candies available. They also have a wide variety of gift items to purchase inhere as was well. Wish I had more time to shop. But, I would definitely go back if ever in the area again. read more

My kids grew up begging to go to this store to spend their allowance. It used to have a player piano and was such a fun family store with unique toys and candy. I took my granddaughter, who is 7, there last weekend hoping she could relive what her dad grew up loving. I was looking at some glasses and she said what does fuck mean? She reads well, and was reading magnets, socks, coin purses and towels. Most of them had either the words shit or fuck on them. I was shocked . What happened to your family atmosphere? With many stores closed and few options to go shop, it is sad this will not be a place we return to. read more

Entered their store at 4:56 pm knowing they closed at 6 pm. Shopping for my wife as I have for nearly 40 years at Xmas. I entered in hopes of replenishing her sweater selections. Having had a career in better men's and women's wear, I have a pretty good idea of what I am looking for and I don't look without intent of buying. After spending ten minute on the ladies side, I looked over to see if I was to be offered service. Turned out not to be the case. The sole clerk(as opposed to salesperson) was too busy counting out her drawer to render service or even greet me. In other specialty stores I could manage self service but the merchandising and display are randomly and rather sloppily peculiar to this store. Don't think I would enter again. I think they suffer under the delusion that they are special and unique and their brands the same. Based on my experience they are only special by lake standards where no service is standard. Messy! Pretentious! Lazy! are the words describing this outpost. They should move to the outlet mall as they would be comfortable in a low service/no service environment. read more

Blair's is amazing. They have more "Lake of the Ozarks" goods, than I have ever seen in one location. We are not talking about just $2.00 whimsical items, (they have a few these) but speciality items that are $50.00 to $500.00 custom decor. It is easy to spend your entire shopping budget, just in their store. Between the high-end nautical items, clothing, and homemade candy; it is too easy to make multiple trips carrying bags to your vehicle. read more
