This review is for LensMart Optical in Camdenton, MO…read more Dr Koons is wonderful! I've been seeing him for many years and he's extremely knowledgeable, informative and kind. He's never rushed my appt and has always explained all my vision options to me. His office staff are just as fantastic as he is. I was unsure what lenses and what coatings to use on my lenses; Shyla & Mikayla were extremely helpful. Shyla helped me keep the expense of my new glasses down and she and Mikayla helped me choose to use my old frames instead of buying new ones which would cost me so much more. Shyla even applied a discount on my new lenses that I hadn't even asked for. This eye care practice goes far and beyond what they need to do to help out their clients. GREAT JOB DR. KOONS AND STAFF!!!!

Mean blonde woman said "not here you don't". no pleasant, just snarly. the Dr wasn't in today. I asked why they texted me 3x to remind me of the appointment? she claims they tried to call me. when I asked WHEN, before 1:50 today? because that was the last text I recd from them. It may have been ok, BUT snarky blonde woman have me severe attitude, rude, even. no "I'm sorry for the inconvenience ", just snarly arrogant rude stare. did not make a follow up appointment and neither my husband or I will go to this business EVER again.

Let me start of by saying this. I am and always have been a HUGE fan of this establishment . The…read moreoriginal store was called Frick & Frack owed by Lisa Frick and Charlie Frack. I met these two when I Was 13yrs old. They had the absolute best tie dye at the lake and it was then and there I fell in love with Tie Dye. I have been a loyal customer for the past 33yrs that's something I appreciate as a small business owner myself. Eventually things will and do change. Trends change, employees change, owners changes, name changes but the one thing that has always stayed the same is the level of customer service I received every single time I was there. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago. I went in to browse and was greeted upon entry. I was there for a gift and needed some assistance so the young lady with dark hair came to assist. But instead of getting great customer service, I received a rude employee who refused to let us actually touch and look at things. She said the reasoning was due to the pandemic and she would have to sanitize everything we touched as soon as we left. Ok understandable however would that not fall into her job duties as an employee? If I were that employee and someone was looking to purchase a specific gift for someone special I would have sanitized everything in the place to accomplish two things: 1. Doing a job I'm being paid to do 2. Having that customer leave with a positive shopping experience. THE BONUS........... Repeat Customer! I did end up making a small purchase out of necessity and here we are 2 weeks later and it's broke. Obviously not the quality of products I'm use to purchasing there. So as a local resident and a year round purchaser I will have to contemplate other options going forward. Sad day in deed

When I walked inside I was immediately greeted by a kind gentleman at the counter. He kindly asked for ID (obvi) and then had a nice chat with me while he ran the system. After that he explained the deals they were having and then let me know that I was good to head back and meet Andrea the budtender. Upon approaching the bud counter Andrea was waiting with a smile on her face. She greeted me warmly and then asked what I had in mind for my shopping today. I told her what I found on their online website, and then also asked to get one of the promotions that the gentleman in the front told me about. After I paid she explained how the system charges debit cards, and marked all of my items and prices on my receipt for easy finding. Andrea assisted me with grace. She was professional, and I had a lovely time speaking with her. I left her a small tip, hoping she knows how much her kindness and professionalism is appreciated. I left the dispo with a smile on my face and wish I lived near here so this could be my main location. The staff is incredible, the place has awesome decor and character, and it was so well maintained and clean. 10/10 WILL ALWAYS COME BACK!!!

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a purchase made at your Eldon location. I have…read morebeen a consistent customer for three years and have never previously requested a return or exchange. Recently, I purchased four cartridges, two of which (Space Donuts) were defective upon arrival. When I returned to the store to request an exchange, I was denied due to the 72-hour policy. While I respect store guidelines, I expected more flexibility given my history as a loyal customer and the fact that the products were sold in a non-working condition. Furthermore, the solution offered by your staff--suggesting I take the cartridges apart to salvage the oil--was highly unprofessional and unsafe. As a customer, I expect a functional product, not a "DIY" project to fix a manufacturing error. I had hoped for a simple exchange to rectify the situation. Because this was not provided, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. I hope you will reconsider how you handle defective products and long-term customer relations in the future. Sincerely, J S
