Excellent professional, courteous and knowledgeable service from Ronald and Will at the Verizon Bridgehampton Store in Bridgehampton, NY.

I spent nearly 2 hours with at this establishment setting up a new phone day 1, guy puts in my old Sim card to my new phone, I even questioned if that was the right move knowing it wasn't, an he was dismissive an still put it in. My new phone worked for less than 24 hours before having to go back in here where I spent 2 more hours trying to get new Sim card in and my phone working - where they couldn't get it activated. Verizon store sent me home telling me to call Verizon in the morning where they will resolve the issue, and I spent 3 more hours on the phone with verizon that didn't work! I had to go back in for 3rd day in a row and spent 4 more hours in the store. Nearly 8 hours in 3 days in this store!! Just to have a working phone! Turns out the problem was all due to the smart watch, which isn't even working correctly after the fact. On top of it, as I was leaving the store, Kim Was making passive-aggressive comments as I walked out! So unprofessional I spent 200+ bucks on ubers trying to get their mistakes resolved. On top of this, they sold me a galaxy watch 5 and the girl Kim who sold it to me didn't tell me that if I return it, there is a $50 re stock fee!! The guy Ronald tells me afterward! Who does that?? So sloppy. (I appreciate Willie's help that 2nd night despite not getting results) At the end of the day , I DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. They will rip you off. And Go Wireless Customer Service will not help. I bought 3 new iPhone 12s here in July from Ronald, a portly young man who calls himself "manager" (he is really an assistant manager). During my trial period, I called the store to confirm the return window and restocking fees. Apparently, when they are busy at this Bridgehampton store, calls roll over to the nearby store in Shirley. I spoke with the assistant manager in Shirley, Corey. Corey told me I had 30 days to try out the devices and that the restocking fees are $35 per device. I called the Bridgehampton location a few days later to verify what Corey had told me. Once again, it rolled over to Shirley and I spoke to Corey. He confirmed everything once more. I checked my receipt (see picture) and it also lined up with Corey had been telling me. On day 29 of my trial, I called the Bridgehampton store to set up an appointment for my return. After trying the phones for a few weeks, I found the iPhone 12 call quality to be awful. I was transferred to Ronald. He told me that my return window had closed, and kept repeating, "I told you that you had 14 days." He was extremely hostile. I didn't recall Ronald ever saying this. I conveyed that I had tried to call the Bridgehampton store several times, and that I ended up speaking to Corey. I also mentioned what the receipt said. Ronald started yelling, "I told you that you had 14 days." He hung up and accused me of just wanting new phones. I called back and tried to reason with Ronald. I hit a wall. I asked for his manager. Ronald refused to escalate and said his manager was off (it was a Sunday). I suggested that perhaps he could send a message, given the urgency. Ronald refused and said there was no urgency, knowing my return window would expire that day. I then called the store in Shirley to see if I could get the return done there. But, Ronald had already instructed a colleague named Charlie NOT to help me. After cooling off, I decided to call the Shirley store again. I was transferred to Corey (whose name I did not know at the time). Corey remembered me and said I could return the phones. So, I drove over an hour each way with my young son in the back seat and barely made it before closing. They took my phones back! But they needed to get some return codes from their District Manager, Cole, to process the refund. They said Cole was not responding to texts, since he was off, but that I would get the refund the following day (Monday). The next morning, I got a call from the Shirley store. They apologetically said I needed to come back in (two more hours of driving) so they could physically return the funds to my card. It was clear to me that the District Manager, Cole, would not provide the return codes. Just before making the long drive, I called the Shirley store to check for updates. After a hold, I was told that I could return the phones to Bridgehampton (much closer). Cole had "misunderstood" and would be providing the return codes. They also assured me that Ronald would not give me any trouble. Ronald did process my return, but he threatened to throw me out of the store several times. This was his response to me calmly asking him questions, like: Do you remember me tipping you $40 for good service when you set up my new phones? Why don't you follow what's on the receipt? (While I was there, Ronald's colleague tried to upsell an old lady on a 1TB iPhone because she was running out of photo storage, and never once mentioned Google Photos.) The next day, I contacted customer service about what had occurred. Everyone was extremely sympathetic and some said that Ronald should be fired. For over two months, I followed up about once per week. Each time, I was told someone would call me right back. No call ever arrived. After almost 10 weeks, I was told that the case had been closed. The customer service agent with whom I had been speaking messaged her supervisor, Ralph, in real-time, and Ralph told her to tell me that the case was closed. I was stunned. I asked if Ralph could call me back. He agreed. Unlike everyone else I dealt with in customer service, Ralph was hostile from the start. He minimized my concerns, he talked over me, he chastised me for calling too often, and he said there would be no adjustments (as if I was angling for money). On the call, Ralph shared that many attempts were made to reach me by "sales leadership". LIES. I picked up every spam call for over two months and checked my email spam folder religiously. I offered the itemized call log from my wireless bill as proof. This store employs people who don't think long-term and will burn you for a few bucks. Go to a corporate Verizon store or drive to Shirley. The people there (Lauren, Corey, Charlie) are awesome and that's why they are so highly rated. They are honest and stuck their necks out for me to do the right thing. I would do business with them in a heartbeat. read more

Absolutely horrific customer service. This is the worst establishment (of any business) on the East End. The help is extremely rude especially to seniors, like me. Those that are not rude are completely and utterly uninformed in matters relating to wireless communications and Verizon policies. This was once a great store with a helpful and knowledgeable staff. I'm not sure when Verizon transferred its services to Victra, but it was a very poor business decision and probably concomitant with its failing business and falling stock price. After 30 years with Verizon, I am switching to T Mobile or AT&T. read more

Avoid - They are rude and uninformed. I asked RONALD some questions that he did not understand and asked him to find someone who did.. he refused and told me to get out of the store. They don't pick up the phone. OK if you go there but long wait times and they push things on you that you don't want to buy.

Untrustworthy experience. I went in for an upgrade and they attempted to up sell me a tablet, screen protector and insurance (without letting me know it was extra). They cancelled my data plan as well. Watch out for the $19.95 "ready to go smartphone" fee. It was charged to me for no reason, as I did the setup myself. Don't get charged this fee! read more

Awful. Stay away. The staff are trained to confuse you and steal your money. I regret going here; I am stuck with my phone/plan now but never again. I had to call Verizon to help intercede and explain Go Wireless's dubious billing. Next time I will go to a Verizon store and not this third party rip off establishment. Also, I had to drive back to this slimy place twice: first because they didn't transfer my files from my old to new phone and again because they sold me a charger that didn't work for my phone. read more

I went with a friend to inquire about purchasing/updating to a new phone. The staff were rude, abrasive, and not helpful, trying to convince us to get a different phone from the one we expressly said we wanted, even after we had said several times we wanted a specific phone. They were snappish and seemed to be promoting a very particular model of a phone - I'm not sure if they were getting a particularly large commission for that phone, or whatever - but it was unnecessary and downright annoying. Their lack of professionalism is appalling, and leads me to hope Verizon Wireless will seriously consider the personalities of their employees before hiring in the future. read more

I went in just to look at a phone and left with 3 lines! I was a t-mobile customer and decided to switch that day as they had the phone that I wanted. The sales girl, Jackie, was very helpful in deciding and didnt pressure me. I will admit the process of switching three lines is time consuming and we were there for a couple hours. (So was everyone else who was shopping...bonding experience?) Left happy so far... the service seems to be better but its the Hamptons so...we all know what the service is like out here. The other staff members were friendly and the people who came in seemed to be pleased with the staff and service. read more

Always helpful sales people and knowledgeable, they meet the online Verizon prices and explain everything fully. They spend the time to help you select the right products you need and set up the new phone properly. No hype, and no pressure. Kudos every time. (The only thing I'd complain about is that the paperwork is really confusing. I upgraded my iPhone when my old one died and supposedly it was $200 out of pocket, but the $200 was spent on accessories they "gave" you and the contract says I'm paying almost $800 over two years for the phone. And yet, my monthly bill is "only" going up about $22 a month for two years -- I think, with no more data in the service plan than before. Why can't they just skip the Rigamarole and give you one sheet of paper that is clearly written? I have no clue what I'm really paying for the phone, even though I thought it made sense when they talked to me. Whatever.) read more

Jhazmin should be made an executive at this place of business If all people where as knowledgeable at there jobs as she is , this country would be in a whole lot better shape. I came here to ask about an upgrade for my daughter's phone. The guy who helped me (perhaps the owner) talked in circles for ten minutes, and then (in response to a very straightforward question of mine) explained that he could only sell me an iPhone with a case and protective screen... which would add over a hundred dollars to the price. Fine. He's trying to make his profit. But what really ticked me off was that he said, "I just can't let you walk out of the store without a case for the phone. It wouldn't be right." Ok, so you are taking an extra hundred dollars from me, while trying to hide this fact, *and* you're doing it for some ethical purpose? Ok. No. When I then asked him directly if I could possibly buy the same phone without the case and screen he said it would easily take a week to get the phone in stock. Because, of course, you can't just take the phone out of the case and sell it. Anyhow, I called Verizon directly and got the same phone for over a hundred dollars cheaper, and it arrived in two days. People need to do what they need to do to make a living, but I strongly recommend that you avoid this place. read more

Not sure why there are bad reviews. I have bought two phones here over the past couple of years for my family account, and the service was always friendly, helpful, and professional. The staff is also happy to help you anytime after your purchase. I have walked in many months later after purchases seeking help, and the staff has always been glad to assist. I have been to many Verizon Wireless authorized retailers, and this one is by far the best. read more

They were rude to one another, yelling across the store, didn't so much as glance at the customers that waited patiently for 45 minutes to be "helped," and when our turn came we were dismissed without so much as a sliver of advice or direction. A few years ago bought my Blackberry at this location( yes I love it) and no need for anything more, no gazillion apps to live my life, retired, and live life without the technology cruch and distraction. So this store over three years told me they don't support Blackberry and are weeing people off the device. Who the hell determines that shutting down customers! I had a problem with the device and called both Blackberry who in turn immediately connected me with Verizon Wireless who attempted to help me but had to cut conversation short. Today went to that Verizon store and it must have been my lucky day that Joe G. a mature,pleasant, upbeat sales rep took a few moments to solve my problem! Rather then that stores typical two year attitude of nobody knows anything about Blackberry, curt answers. There used to be a few excellent employees there that were knowledgeable, did their jobs rather then the immature, not sociably integrated into reality employee's which have no business working in a customer service business and have limited knowledge in products that are sold by Verizon. I have been a Verizon customer over thirty years and Verizon needs to clean up their act around their hiring & training process. I had an issue with my samsung galaxy s4. I am an AT&T customer, not verizon but Demetri was extremely helpful despite that. He gave me some great tips and suggestions. I found him to be very pleasant and genuinely interested in my problem. Everyone there seemed very pleasant. My wife purchased the new BB Classic and was having a great deal of difficulty setting it up. A Verizon store in NYC was of no help. However when she approached Matt, the store manager in the Bridgehampton store the results were entirely different. Matt worked tirelessly in spite of some frustrations. He tried more than a few ways to accomplish what was needed and ultimately succeeded. My phone failed me on a Friday night when I would need it on Saturday, but I got through the day without. So Saturday evening I drove in from MTK to Bridgehampton Verision at 7:15 PM Alicison help out as much she could, unable to repair my phone. She then gave me a land line to the Verision tech services to help me out which took 35 min plus which was useless ending up with the same diagnose that Alicison came up with and Verision wouldn't get a replacement sem card until Tuesday. Now 8:15 note they closed at 8:00 she said she would pick me up a replacement sem card which they ran out of because of Verision from there other store and repair my phone on Sunday. Not always pleased with the service I get from Verision Corp, I can not say enough good things about the Bridgehampton Verision store and employees like Alicison which I think they went the extra mile for me.
