I attempted to pick the shipment up four different times, each time when the business was supposed to be open, but found the store was closed. Twice, I attempted to contact the number that was posted on the door, but was not able to get assistance or information regarding when the store would reopen. My shipment ended up being returned to the sender. The second time a different package was delivered there, the business open. I handed the staff person the UPS delivery notice, they looked for the package, but were not able to find it. I was told it would probably arrive soon, later in the day. I contacted UPS, gave them them the number on the delivery notice, and was able to confirm that the package had been delivered days before. Why the staff person did not use the same number to confirm receipt is not clear to me. The same day, I returned to the store, and the staff member handed me the package, explaining that the UPS driver had covered my name with the corner of a label. I was able to easily peel back the sticker, and my name right there. While I did finally receive one package, the amount of lost time and energy left me wanting to avoid having UPS deliver future packages to this location.
