So I said "let me check this place out before I spend over a thousand dollars on a damn phone." He was friendly and appeared to know his stuff. I went the route he suggested and he showed me some cool products for my cell phone which he took out the box and gave demonstrations. Now that is something you can't do on Amazon, which I truly appreciated. A few hours later my phone was fully charged. I was very pleased with my experience and would definitely return and give him some more business. Good job Khan.

To my surprise, they finished in just 20 minutes--faster than expected and with time to spare. The service was incredibly personable and customer-focused from start to finish. They explained what they were doing, answered all my questions, and treated my phone as if it were their own. The repair quality is top-notch--the camera works perfectly, and the screen/front/back are as good as new. Be Careful With This Place!…read more I brought my computer in because it wasn't turning on, and at first the owner seemed helpful. He told me it was a "simple power issue" and said it would cost around $50 to fix. A few hours later, he called me back and suddenly claimed there were multiple problems--now the motherboard "looked suspicious," and he said he might need to order special parts. I asked for proof or photos, but he just talked in circles, using a bunch of technical words to confuse me. It felt like he was making up issues just to raise the price. He said, "I already opened it up, so I have to charge you either way," and then mentioned a new fee--conveniently just under $100. I ended up paying more than double what he originally quoted, and my computer still wasn't fully working when I picked it up. It honestly felt like a scam. I saw another customer arguing with him while I was there, saying something similar. Avoid this place if you don't want to be tricked into paying for "repairs" you didn't ask for. The rep was very professional and cordial. The rep attempted to get my phone up and running, I was told that the mother board in my phone was corrupt. I do recall downloading an app call Eat Around Town. After a day, I noticed that my phone was acting up. I am not saying that the app corrupted my phone but at the same time, I am not counting it out. While I was there for about one and a half hour with no positive results, I was informed about every step and process that they took with a final word of "I need a new phone." At least everyone in uBreakiFix was getting along with each other and the representative control the crowd with laughter and stories. It made for a less stressful situation. I was not the only PO person who had problems with downloading apps, but I was the only one that had to get a new phone. They tried to fix it but it just did not happen.... Inspire more, Yelp more!
