This is the only store I will EVER deal with from now on when it comes to my tablets and phones. Without going into the entire (very long) story, after encountering multiple problems with the insurance company regarding coverage on my daughter's iPad (she dropped it, the screen cracked and she cried hysterically for days), I called this store since this was where I signed up for the service. Since my track record of late with customer service from some other companies had been horrible, I was ready for yet another confrontation and run around. Can I tell you how surprised and delighted I was that I was so wrong! After telling my story to Steve, the store manager, he took care of everything! I could never have imagined in 1000 years that this would be the case! He dealt directly with the insurance company multiple times on my behalf and when they still were unhelpful, he took it upon himself to get a replacement iPad for her which was better then the one she had! I cannot thank him enough for all he did. He went way above and beyond what he had to do to to make a little girl happy again! He will be the one I call from now on! THANK YOU AGAIN STEVE!!!!! read more

WOW! I can't believe what I just read below about this particular Verizon Store. I've been a loyal customer for years here and I have never encountered any problems as the ones mentioned below. I've bought many phones and accessories from various employees over the years and everyone that has helped me has been responsive and very helpful. When I met Steve, the current Store Manager, I knew he was going to be my cell phone go-to guy! Steve has gone above and beyond his duties for me and my family when it comes to replacements, warranties, data help, repairs, upgrades, and even silly questions without any hesitation. He always gets back to me quickly and solves any issues that may arise since I have several phone lines on my one account. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for professional and knowledgeable individuals when it comes to anything Verizon and most certainly any type of cell phone! read more

I just wanted to take a moment and commend the Store Manager, Steve in the Brewster location. Since May when I changed over to Verizon from Sprint and purchased my Windows phone he has gone above and beyond the expectations of customer service. He is kind and courteous and extremely knowledgeable; with the features and benefits to all his products. I recently had issues with the phone and he took care of me quickly and efficiently. In my experience of being in customer service it is very rare to find someone that can anticipate needs of a customer and from start to finish help to have a successful experience. He is upbeat and acknowledges everyone that enters into his store. I truly believe he is an asset to this store and Verizon in general. I look forward to a long relationship with Verizon and Steve. read more

I visited the Brewster Wireless Zone a few a weeks ago. I was helped by the Store Manager, Steve. He made my experience so easy and pleasant. I wanted an iPad mini and they did not have inventory of the white one in the store. Steve ordered me the one I really wanted and said it would be at the store in a few days. To my surprise, I received a call from Steve the very next day that it had arrived. I told him I would be in later that day. When I got there he already had started to set the iPad up for me. He took time to go over the iPad features with me. He not only made sure I got exactly what I wanted but also that I would not have any problems using it, especially since I am not tech savvy. I appreciated all his help and I will be back. read more

I had an incredible experience with Steve at the Brewster Wireless Zone store. I walked in with the intent of purchasing a new phone, but didn't really have an idea of which phone. Upon walking in Steve greeted me with a friendly smile and took time to explain to me the features of phones based on what I told him I use my phone for. He also took time to review my plan and be sure it was working for me. All in in all, I was impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and follow through. He made sure I left happy and even gave me his card so I could call him personally if I needed any follow up help. Now THAT is some great service! I will always come back and see Steve! read more

I have been purchasing my phones and service through this store for many years now and have had nothing but fantastic results. I work with Steve who always takes the time to talk with me about the latest products which will work best for me. I had an amazing experience with Steve and his team! Thanks to them I will never leave Verizon. It is hard to work in retail and deal with different personalities! They are very personable and knowledgeable. They are excellent at resolving issues and it is a pleasure to walk into the store and get greeted with smiles by all. I have worked in retail and some people don't know what it is like to deal with customers all day long, they are the true definition of customer service and achieve it on the utmost highest standard! Kudos to Steve and his team! read more

I got my HTC One from this store and had nothing but a great experience. I cam e from an iPhone so I was kind of confused but Katie was really patient with me and showed me everything I needed to know. She even gave me her cell phone number so I could call or text her if I had anymore questions. Which I did. I really like my new phone! I also paid a great price! When I did break my phone for the first time I did an insurance claim and didn't have any issues, it got sent next day to me. Thanks Katie! read more

I went in with my Son, Daughter and Mother In-Law. The young woman named Jillian was very helpful and knowledgable. I only added my Daughter and upgraded my Mother In-Law but Jillian spent alot of time with us despite the fact the store was busy. She did not rush us and even gave us her cell phone number incase we had any questions after-hours. This is the only store I will EVER buy our phones from! Highly recommended! read more

Had a great experience here about a week ago. The store was busy but I was still greeted as I walked through the door and treated as a priority by the associates and manager. I really just came in to price phones but after talking to the guys that work in there ended up buying on the spot. Would definitely go back and am excited to have some knowledgable people to get help from. Hands down my favorite verizon store. read more

Katie was extremely polite and easy going! She provided humor along with her knowledge and never made anything feel like a "sales gimmick".
