The staff member who assisted me was very helpful and explaining what options and pricing for all the different models of phones that are out there. I'm going to hold off and see if there's a deal coming up in the future because my trade in value of my particular phone is not that high It seems. Also found out that you get a better deal, depending on the plan you have and I have a grandfather plan in effect at the moment so I get the least amount of trade-in value I was told.

Broken back plate, remaining screen issue PLUS Samsung charged me $99 for the visit. STAY Away. This place might fix simple apple phone issues but do not bring your expensive phone here for repair.
