This Verizon crash we're experiencing has resulted in my daughter possibly losing her required college internship. She was not informed of the outage until her potential employer couldn't get in touch with her for finalization of her 2nd interview (due to the outage). Verizon could have let her know something through messaging, etc, but did not. This is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE, and we have no word to express our frustration with your business. Please tell us what you are going to do to remedy this horrible situation. I know you're a local subsidiary, but maybe you could forward this message to someone who can at least tell us something. This is the worst Verizon store in the nation, the store manager is an arrogant power hungry......never able to get anything accomplished here this story is laughable, in October went in THIS store ordered 3 new phones and 2 new watches spent 3700.00, one of the watches was never delivered pretty sure it was stolen off the front porch, Verizon sent a new one and was never charged for the stolen one. Few days ago Dec 2 the watch shows up in open box on front door. I go by this morning to do a good citizen deal and explain to the store manager I just want to drop off the stolen watch. First, she says she can't take it she makes 6 other excuses all covering her laziness and then says she will take it but there will be a 50 dollar restocking fee. What? I'm returning to you your stolen watch it's your property, she then says just throw it in the trash. Then another employee gets involved and ask me to leave the store, if this manager is not terminated i will take my business to the competition, not the 1st poor performance on her, by the way I still have the watch. Ok......my husband went by to speak to manager.......he was "unavailable ". Absolute crap Bought a phone which didn't work in multiple ways. Wouldn't connect to the booster, wouldn't stay connected to Wi-Fi and the data was sketchy and so was the calling So I did what any person would do and returned it. Turns out the return policy is really horrible. Had to pay a $35 restocking fee for something that doesn't work. There still going to make me pay for prorated stuff and still charge me an activation fee for crap service I would avoid them at all cost. Check out your options with Sprint first if you're wondering service works in your neighborhood. The "solutions manager" Caleb stood by and allowed two employees with no name tags to upset my mom and then accuse her of being too loud and then asking HER to leave. They have no idea how to treat people, much less work in customer service. When we asked about name tags, the employee said "I don't have mine on, do I?" When we asked to see the manager, the female employee smirked and asked why. She refused to get the manager until we explained our reasons. My mom left the store in tears and was asked to never come back while the employees laughed. I told Caleb that he needs to get his employees under control and that they all need to learn the words "I'm sorry" but Caleb stood by his decision, insisting that my mom was the one causing the problem. I purchased my wife's Samsung Galaxy 8 from Best Buy a few months ago and yesterday it died, dead, nothing would work. Best Buy was no help - Best Buy will not even look at a phone purchased from them without having purchased their warranty! But, Cory with Verizon in Inverness spent an hour trying to help us resolve our phone problem. Eventually, after spending more time on the phone with Verizon customer service he was able to arrange for a replacement phone. However, because we bought the phone from Best Buy - something I will never do again - there were complications but Cory persisted until he got the replacement. I walked in to see about getting a line disconnected and this guy who looked like he just woke up told me before i even got the whole sentence out.. " No we dont do that here, you cant even do it online,.. you have to call 611." I said what if I want to change my plan? He said " no you cant do that here either, you have to call 611." I said.. what do you do at this store if you cant help customers? He said " We sell phones." He was rude and lazy and didn't want to help. I went an got on Verizon chat and someone helped me with all my needs and it took 2 minutes. They also said that is false that they cant help you in the store. I didn't have to call anyone. Its a shame when someone wants to deal with actual people, they are treated so badly. I wont be going to this store, and this young man shouldn't be working there. read more

BEST Verizon experience Ever! Walking in the door I was greeted with smiles and everyone was in a friendly and good mood. Ryan, one of the associates, asked how I was doung and what he could do for me. I had an old iPhone 6 that had been messed up for months with multiple issues and was looking for a new phone. I explained my phone's problems to Ryan and he was extremely knowledgeable took more time than most would to try to fix the old phone. I ended up purchasing a new phone and he made sure that I got the best price possible with a new Verizon deal that had just started that day. Additionally, my three year old was with me and he along with others in the store were so friendly to her. I Highly recommend this Verizon store!!! Trust me.
