Came to the store, both workers were on their personnel phones... finally one looks up and asks how he can help me.. I tell him that I was recently deployed and suspended my account until I returned and that I would like to reactive my phone. I informed him I didn't have my old SIM. He then says "you'll have to go to the Verizon store, we don't have any more SIM cards."
I then inform him since I have an iPhone 13, to my understanding I can activate my phone's eSim. He sighs, and calls Verizon customer service so they can walk him through the steps to activate my eSim. While the Verizon witless representative is assisting him, he is texting on his personal phone. Needless to say, he was unable to activate my eSim. I am not surprised as he was not even paying attention to her instructions. I am not sure why Verizon wireless authorizes these people to work for them if they essentially just call Verizon. I will never return to this unprofessional establishment. Pure trash. read more
