An error was made in setting up our iphone. The person, Ray, who assisted me kept walking away,…read moreacting like like I was stupid, that it was my fault that the error had been made and was not willing to listen to any questions whatsoever. Ray required me to come into the store (25 miles round trip) when I called for advice, rather than talking to me on the phone to solve the problem. While in the store it became clear that had he taken a few minutes to tell me what to try at home I would not have had to make the trip. In all it took three trips to St J to get this phone to work. If Ray's attitude and level of respect had been acceptable I wouldn't be this annoyed. By the way, Bryce, who also works there, was very polite and personable when I worked with him previously.

Together, as my contacts, photos and apps were transferring we discussed all the episodes of "Yellowstone", debated whether Jamie was a good guy or a bad guy, wondered if the boy in the bunkhouse is somehow Rip's son (they resemble each other), and how those that sing on the show do have nice voices. Before you know it, everything was transferred, I had a new phone, a new screen protector, camera protector, case and charging cord.
