I joined my family here at the end of 2013, and when the Spring mowing season started for 2014, I realized there was no discharge chute (it's convertible between discharge and mulching). It was supposed to come with one, but didn't. I stopped by the store to ask if they could order a replacement. The owner said that he remembered seeing one kicking around the store, but if he couldn't find it he would bring one from his own mower at home. When I stopped back in, he said the part was on order but hadn't arrived yet, so he simply handed me the chute from a mower he had for sale. No questions, no charge!

They won't accept the return without my receipt even though the guy who sold it to me the day prior clearly remembered me making the purchase. Save your money and go elsewhere, Paris Ace Hardware is an excellent choice, should have went there from the get go but I was in a rush. Paid the price in the long run.
