a special order that was received in damaged and never noted on any paperwork, they took pictures before we left the premises to notify the company they waited and told us that we would have to return the damage pieces in order to get credit and was going to charge us another delivery fee when it wasn't our fault at all. the whole order should never been accepted in nor should I have accepted it but figured when they took pictures that they themselves would have stood behind it but nope. I hope home depo or Lowe's come to the north country fast! Being a small business owner I wouldn't normally leave a bad review. 1 start is to much for poor customer service. I bought an ac, 2 people lifted it from the isle, 2 people loaded into the car, 2 people lifted out of the car. There was no signs of damage to the box. Opened the box the ac was damaged. Possibly dropped on its face. Face smashed and and along with side dented. Needed it for elderly family member coming this weekend. The best they can do was return it, I asked if they could deliver a new one and pick up damaged ac. With work schedule I don't have the time to get to the store before they close. Some compassion would better than nothing. Good job standing behind your product and helping finding a replacement. read more
