Horrible Customer Service! The manager, or whatever she…read morecalls herself in their Colebrook Office, shouldn't be in that position. She has no customer service skills at all. She is rude and disrespectful. My husband went into the office at the end of April to cancel the internet and keep our phone she told him that we will loose our phone so, we kept the internet Then I went into the office the Friday before Memorial Day, to ask for a pin code to transfer our phone to a new company She said "I don't know what that is but I would assume its the last four digits of your phone number." So there were two obvious visits with intention of cancelling our service, so when we got our phone changed over to the new company on June 2nd My husband went back to cancel the account, she said well, we charge for the month because they need 15 days' notice before the first of the month. Since it was the 2nd, they kept our money. My husband got an attitude, and I received a rude email, just because he asked for a receipt to confirm that they had received the modem box we had sent. She has never once informed us about what the service agreement states regarding cancellation of service, as good customer service would have done. When I called the next day to speak to someone else in this company, she answered the phone very rudely and nastily When I asked for my money back, she hung up on me So I went to the office with the intent of getting this policy in writing, printed on paper She was on the phone with the "General Manager." Still, I was told there was no one else I could speak to She continued to be rude to me, this general manager didn't know the terms of service, and didn't have a direct line So I guess if you want to complain about the staff you don't have the opportunity to talk to anyone but her. In a business, you would be able to speak to the next in the chain of command. This company doesn't seem to care about legitimate complaints or concerns. Would I recommend this company to anyone? NO!

Not much good to say here. This review is for service in the…read moreColebook, NH area - I don't know how there service is in other areas. Both Fiber/Internet and Cable are down on a near daily basis. There is no channel guide - good luck trying to figure out what to watch! 60% (no exaggeration on that... 60% might be on the low end) of the channels are snowy, pixelated or do not come in at all. 50% of the channels are in French. Purchase a router through them and they refuse to give you the password (to your own purchased, not rented, router!!) Billing is very convoluted/sketchy and often erroneous. Most times calling the office, in Colebrook, there is no answer. I still have them but seriously considering going back to Satellite TV.

Looking at their website, they may not look like a very serious company, but their service is actually very comparable to that offered by larger companies such as Vidéotron or Bell (the service is actually provided by Internet NetRévolution), but with more advantageous conditions, and their technical support is absolutely outstanding, and staffed with competent technicians that do know their trade and do not have to follow scripted interactions. I currently pay $36.95 per month for their 10 Mbps service with unlimited bandwidth, plus $6.95 for a dry line (this fee depends on where you live) and $4.95 to rent a modem, all exclusive of sales taxes. As advertised, there were no set up fee, even though a technician had to come and spend about an hour in my home. I had Internet about one week after subscribing. Most of the time, I do get a 10 Mbps speed on downloads, and the bandwidth really is unlimited as long as you keep under 150 GB during any 7-day sliding window. I actually use around 200 GB per month and have never had any problem. There have been some outages, maybe two or three 5-minute incidents and one more serious two or three-hour incident, over one year. Overall, I feel confident enough in their service that I have replaced my phone with a Vonage box (I don't use a cell phone). The modem is good quality and acts as a 4-port Ethernet and wireless router. Still, if you intend to remain with them for more than a few months, I recommend you purchase one on your own, it will come down cheaper, you will save on the shipping fees, and you won't have to ship it back when you cancel your subscription. Overall, a reliable Internet service provider offering a reasonable price for unlimited transfer.

I got an "appointment" for thursday and no one showed up. They said they could come the following day, I got text messages stating the technician had arrived, but that wasn't true, then I was notified that the problem was resolved, I checked and that was also not true. I texted back (as instructed!) to notify the company that it wasn't fixed. No answer. I called the support line who stated that the issue was fixed, and that the technician had arrived. I had to strongly suggest that neither of those were true. THey had to create another "ticket" and said that someone would be out at the end of the following week, despite my attempts at escalating the situation. I got a lot of people apologizing and no action. Despite my requests to keep me informed, I checked my internet on Sunday night and it was fixed. No notification at all. And, to top it off, on Monday I got two text messages stating that the technician was arriving at my location! again not true. I have to contact the company again so I don't have to pay for the 5 days I didn't have service. They have big problems.

I had been having problem with my cell phone for the last two weeks. When someone called me, I…read moreheard the ringtone, but could hardly hear the person speaking on the phone. So, I went to the Virgin Mobile outlet located at the Carrefour de l'Estrie in Sherbrooke. One of the persons was talking to his girlfriend and the other was playing on his cell phone. I was answered and I explained to the gentleman that I couldn't hear anyone when I talk on my cell phone. So, I ask him what could be the problem. I'm not the guy who is most at ease with modern technology, so it is possible that I had screwed up the setting on my phone and unable to set it back to the way it was. He didn't attempt to take my phone and see was the problem might be. Instead, I suggested that I change my phone and get a new package. I have this phone for the past four years and other than this episode, it was working fine. My monthly fees are low and would hate to switch and end up with higher fees. So, I told him that I would try to ask for a second advice and tried to obtain information about the location of a business which could fix or diagnose my phone. He vaguely answered there was some business throughout Sherbrooke and left it at that. I walk about 50 feet to another cell phone supply booth and ask if they fix cell phone. They told me yes depending on what the problem is. The technician looked at it and checked if he had the part in stock. Once that was identified, he changed my speaker and within 15 minutes, my phone was repaired. It is obvious the people working at the Virgin Mobile outlet are more preoccupied with putting money in their pocket from the commission on the sale of new phone and package rather than trying to help and care for the customers. Very unfortunate. This type of attitude will turn costumers to other phone companies and they will end up without a job. Very short sighted. I also filed a complaint with Virgin Mobile and hope they will follow through. Service companies have to realise that now a day most people are on mobile, but not everyone can see their charges increase by large amount. In my situation, a change of package and a new phone would have been a cost increase of about $20/month and a drop of DATA.
