Bear Rock Adventures was an outstanding experience. I travelled up with my girlfriend and kids. We did the Play and Stay package they offer. The package we booked included a campsite called Secluded Paradise (private, no other tents) and a newer model 2020 POLARIS RZR XP 1000. On the ride up, Corrine greeted me via text message double checking I had the correct address and for an estimated time of arrival. I advised her we were arriving 1 hour earlier than check in time and that was not an issue. We arrived and was greeted by her husband who was all ready tending to other guests but advised us Corrine will be right with us. 5 minutes later we were greeted by a happy and smiling Corrine. She was outstanding with helping us get the proper fitting helmets, going though the functions of the ATV and going though the functions of the GPS that they provide which is mounted to the ATV. She was also very helpful with providing a map that she highlighted great trails and points of interest like food and sight seeing. She then led us to the campsite which was incredible. The views were spectacular. The campsite had a beautiful clean tent with a queen size camping bed, picnic table, awesome outside shower with heated water and great water pressure, an additional pop up tent was provided at no additional cost, and we could park our vehicle on site. We rented two additional twin size inflatable mattresses for the kids which fit perfectly in the extra pop up tent. The whole campsite area was clean and very well maintained. Great little Firepit with an attached swinging grill for cooking. Corrine went though how to use the shower and the other options that were included with the campsite. Before she left she advised us if we needed anything to give her a call and she will come back the following day to check up on supplies... which she didn't fail us... everything was restocked including shower water and toiletries... It's was an incredible experience and we highly recommend Bear Rock Adventures. We can not wait till next year to experience this again. They have earned us as repeat customers. Matthew C. hi everyone my name is donald I have a Yamaha Viking . I went up to Colebrook to do some riding with my stepsons jere a hockey coach in N.J. and pat a very good chef in N.H. Well we didn't know the trails so we asked and was told that Bear Rock Adventures had a full map of the trails . So the next morning at about 9:30 we set out and found Bear Rock Adventures in Colebrook N.H. we rode up to this beautiful house barn and pond .as we stopped Corrine welcomed us she not only sold us a map but really went out of her way to help up get to now the area . she told us of the outfit is based out of Pittsburg N.H. on back lake she also told us to check out her secret loop so we did it was one out the best views one could ask for . We road up to Pittsburg By trails Corrine had told us how to get there everything this lady told us was no imagination at all . She gave us a great adventure . Look we didn't rent a side by side from them that didn't matter they are a well run outfit they went way aboveboard to help us the important thing is when you rent a side by side from them you will have the best care you can get Oh and when you rent one your going to know in the first 10 min. the money was well sent.. thank you Corrine its was truly a great adventure thanks to your guidance.. My wife and I decided to spend our wedding anniversary at Bear Rock for something different this year, opting to trade the usual city dinners and shows for a more adventurous and rustic experience. We couldn't be happier with that decision! Our trip involved riding ATVs and hiking through the beautiful wilderness, followed by evenings cooking dinner over a fire, which created memories we will never forget. The simplicity of the setup--just a tent, fire pit, and picnic table--was all we needed to have an incredible time together. From start to finish, the staff at Bear Rock were exceptional. Every interaction felt genuine, and their helpfulness truly stood out. It's rare to find such authentic customer service these days, but the team at Bear Rock really made us feel welcome. One unexpected bonus was how much fun our dog had! Bear Rock is pet-friendly, which is a huge plus for us since most places we stay don't allow pets. Watching her enjoy the space made the experience even better. If you're looking for an unforgettable outdoor experience with friendly service, beautiful landscapes, and the freedom to bring your furry friend along, I couldn't recommend Bear Rock more. This is my second time renting an OHRV from Bear Rock but my first time doing their stay and play package, I'm going to be brutally honest. The Polaris machines that they rent are AWESOME I have the outmost faith that these machines are incredibly well maintained! The trails are great I do wish that there was a rating of the trails. My husband has experience driving ATVs, but I have to wonder about people who think they can drive these machines and really have no clue but to say we had an EXCELLENT time is an understatement. We stayed in their tents in Colebrook. Some people refer to this as glamping. This is not glamping. The tents are great the beds (bring your own bedding) are really comfortable. The camp loo is not as bad as I thought it would be. I wish they emptied them more often. The shower is a different story. Those were difficult to manage and in my opinion a little dangerous because the water is scolding scolding hot. When we talked about this to the guy who checked us in and out he did say they were working on perfecting the shower. Just be aware. The view and the quietness of the sites is breathtaking. The knowledge of the employees is outstanding. Definitely coming back! read more

I had a great experience renting a snowmobile from Bear Rock--the process was smooth, and the machine was in great condition. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I had no issues while out riding. However, I was really disappointed with what happened afterward. When I returned the snowmobile, an employee inspected it on their own, and we both signed off that there was no damage. I even confirmed with the employee that nothing was found during the inspection. Then, the next day, I got a call saying there was damage and that I had to pay for it. I found this really suspect--who knows if something happened after I turned it in? If they missed the damage during their own inspection, that's on them too. At the very least, they could have offered to split the cost instead of putting it all on me. Overall, the riding experience was great, but this situation left a bad taste in my mouth. I'd recommend taking detailed photos before and after your rental to protect yourself. I'm unsure if I would rent with them again. read more

Long story short after arriving for the first time in Pittsburgh and realizing that we were not able to access the trails from our cabin. Which we were told by our cabin owner we could. We were then told to take the closed access. Not feeling comfortable. We headed into town and spoke with Corrine and Garth from BearRock Adventures. They were more than helpful in explaining to us the rules and regulations of obeying the laws to help preserve these beautiful riding trails. They offered us a parking spot with our truck and trailer so we could off load and ride through out the weekend. Because of there generosity we were able to have great first time riding experience! We plan on coming back in September with family and renting a side by side. We look forward to doing business with them! They were awesome people!! Thanks for the help! read more

3 days with 2 of there side by sides in late June was a great time. We stayed at the Meadow Grand it came with an extra large tent had 3 beds a futon hot shower and a wood stove. We had them throw in a Yeti cooler and enough wood to burn. The offroad Gps in there rides was real sweet didn't even use the map very much just head off into whatever direction your looking to go there's so many trails your bound to get there. We marked are campsite as a home waypoint and very easily got back to it at the end of every ride. We added around 140 miles to there rides. I can see maybe doubling that on another trip. We had a fabulous and absolutely new experience with Bear Rock Adventures yesterday. The owners, Corrine and Steve, took us on am ATV ride in their tough Polaris vehicles that took everything the steep, rocky trail threw at them, and just keep grinding away. some of the trails among the farms and rural towns were flat and calm, so we could look around plenty at the vast fields of Indian paintbrush and lupines, the cows and barns, the the hayfields and little farmhouses scattered among the mountains. Corrine also led us up some really steep hills on trails cobbled with big rocks, potholes, giant roots and mudholes. The ATVs didn't blink. Shift to low and climb. Driving was a pure hoot, but passengers also feel every lurch and plunge. Wild fun in New Hampshire grand country. read more

We had an absolutely phenomenal time! We stayed 2 nights and also rented a 4 seat side by side for 2 days. The tent and site were far more luxurious than we are used to compared to the car camping we usually do. The site was also much more secluded and private than is typical for camping and the views were spectacular. At check-in, Corinne gave us some great tips about where to go and highlighted parts of the map for us and encouraged us to call her for more info if we needed it. She also took the time to take us out to the site to orient us to it, orient us to the machine, tell us about local restaurants and points of interest, etc. Concierge service at a campground and outdoor center... very cool. read more

From our delicious dinner at the Rainbow Grille, to our stay at Lopstick Lodge to the amazing ride experience - everything was perfect. Bear Rock Adventures ! What a great way to explore the great outdoors of Northern New Hampshire on a Polaris Razor. We were directed to the best stops along the Ride the Wilds trails while traveling 70 miles through scenic routes, adrenaline rush trails steep ,rocky, muddy with breathtaking views. Before starting out on our adventure the staff explained all the operating and safety procedures thoroughly, which put this first time OHV driver at ease. They certainly delivered! The views were incredible and I never felt like the trails were too much to handle. My friends and I had the BEST time at Bear Rock Adventures. We stayed the night at the tents and road for hours on the trails. When we got there the staff was friendly and kept things short and sweet to get us out on the trials. The vehicles have GPS map systems which is a great upgrade. They showed us the tent site, and the accommodations that came with. They provide some camping essentials to help with cooking and cleaning, which is awesome. The sites have the most AMAZING views and we stayed toasty warm with by stove going at night. Also solar show was super hot! We can't wait to go back and explore more!! read more

we loved every thing about the rental part of it, up front and on point to help you get on your way with some fun, the Sxs where awesome we couldn't have gone to a better place, the staff there where kind and didn't make you feel like your questions where stupid. they even talked to you about what to expect on your way. helpful and good attitudes. Really friendly, knowledgeable staff. We went to Pittsburgh for a birthday weekend of riding. Bear Rock outfitted us with the extra sled we needed. The price was fair, and they made sure we knew everything we needed to before we walked out the door. They had everything you could want for a great weekend, and when one of our sleds had some mechanical issues-they offered us another one without hesitation. These guys were great. I messed up big and and forgot the day of our reservation. Walked in with my tail between my legs the day after hoping that I could get another reservation even if I had to pay again. They quickly told me they had an opening for 1pm later in the day and scheduled me up. My wife and I had a 4 seater and this thing was a beast. First timer on the ATV trails and this thing climbed things I had no idea it could. Great experience and a great company and they didn't charge me twice even though it was my fault. Will be telling everyone about what an amazing weekend we had at Bear Rock!! My husband and I stayed in one of the tents for our first anniversary weekend and they had a bottle of champagne and decorations waiting for us!! The views were absolutely breathtaking, everything was clean and set up perfectly, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I had never been in a side by side before and it was some of the most fun I've ever had! (That and watching our pup frolic through the camp!) The most incredible place!! We stayed in the Balsams Grand View Tent and absolutely loved it--so cozy and the views are breathtaking! We spent the weekend exploring with one of their Polaris 2-seater ATVs and had a blast! They mapped out a route for us, and it was so much fun. They helped two semi-lost atv'ers near their home this past weekend. We were sitting on the road trying to figure out which way the "trail" went and she stopped to help us on our way.
