All of a sudden a year ago, I began receiving bills from a company called Clear Line (I assume they bought Pioneer?), for phone service I had not signed up for, nor was I using. In fact, the I had not even owned the numbers they were billing for for many years. I have now sent 12 emails to customer service (I email every time a bill comes) with no response, and just completed my third call to customer service, again informing them I do not have an account with the company. They have acknowledged zero use on the lines, and also acknowledged that they were supposed to credit the amount, but "it was never authorized" - whatever that means. They have promised to credit the account in the next two days, but given past experience I am not optimistic. It appears from other reviews this is a common problem, and I don't know if the company is running a scam, or if they are just disorganized and very unprofessional. In any case, I would steer clear of them.

The list of unavailable URLs grows almost daily. This is getting stupid. They say they "have a ticket for this issue" but never have any news. It feels very much like Topsham Telephone is getting ready to close their doors and their employees know it, so nothing is getting done. If that's the case, it won't be long before many of my neighbors have no phone or Internet service at all - not even with cellphones, since we don't have any cell service here.

So he said I can get you down to $140 l said great I'll do it. I trusted him so l was curious to see my bill a few month later and it's more than I paid monthly with ATT! which is way over $200. Hmm is Tmobile or the person that set me up a fraud? If I knew I would have stick with ATT. I lost 663.23 because of activation fees and they only paid for 2 of my phone and not my watch. If I were to stay with ATT I could use that 600 to payoff my 3rd line and my bill would have been 140. Do not switch to Tmobile my advice is to stay with your current provider or find a not top big 3 provider like ATT, Tmobile or Verizon they're all rip off!!!!
