This allowed me to upgrade from my iPhone 7 to her Xs and for her to upgrade to the 12 Pro Max. The trade in for my 7 and a better monthly plan resulted in keeping our monthly bills at the same cost. We both walked in with broken phones and each walked out with new working phones for the price of 1, both fully synced with our back up data.

I literally spent 2 hours in the store deciding between models and sizes and phone covers, etc. I can't express enough how patient and understanding he was with my indecisiveness! It was really refreshing to not feel pressured into making a quick decision and he made sure I got the best deal available. The store itself is very open, spacious and clean. They have hand sanitizer and sanitizer wipes available throughout the store, and the staff was all wearing masks. It was a very positive experience for something I usually dread and put off doing!

They knew I was leaving on vacation the next day so they worked tirelessly to find someone to approve my account. After several tries they were able to find someone. Gabriel, the manager, informed us that our first month would be higher as we were transferring mid cycle but after that payments would be lower. After 2 months we went back in as bills were excessively higher. He acknowledged their mistake, blamed head office, and gave me his cell number telling me he'd text me when he'd fixed the mistake. Received the text saying it wasn't an easy fix, but he would get us where he promised us. I asked if he would refund us the full amount and place us back on our previous contract if he couldn't fix the issue, to which he responded "absolutely, for sure". Text to tell me it's fixed and for a month we received a lower bill. Then it went back up again and he's telling us there's nothing he can do as it's passed the 30 day reimbursement window. Terrible product knowledge in store, if you want to go with Tmobile, buy online.

The manager was dealing with a customer situation that had taken hours and was clearly stressed but still made sure we were taken care of. Dakota helped us to port my number over from Verizon to T-Mobile and gave me all the information I needed. The whole process took some time but she made it easy and comfortable and when I walked out to the car, I immediately received a call on my new service. Moe was also a joyful presence in the store. Today I needed batteries for two key fobs, and the batteries were available. The employee quickly installed them and explained the lifetime warranty. The employees are always knowledgeable and they quickly locate the item or items I need. The variety of decorative light bulbs is impressive. I'm going to stop back in and choose some to brighten up my decor. Besides batteries and bulbs this store has so much more. Today I noticed the Rain-X windshield wipers that I prefer.
