I was quite skeptical going Target Optical but my work offer a discount I checked them out. Dr. Vonda Heverly is pretty awesome! Service is great & the staff are so accommodating & friendly. Price is affordable and I ended up buying 2 eyeglasses for the price of one eyeglass in LensCrafters. I bought a designer COACH eyeglass & a one for back-up. Target Optical Greenwood highly recommended. Honestly, I prefer it over LensCrafters! It will be my go-to store for eyeglasses, definitely coming back. I am a happy customer!!!!!

They were a well oiled machine. Then we met with Jadyn, the Optician. My wife Jackie and i both enjoyed talking with her and understanding new trends and eyewear we may prefer. Jadyn was so attentive and just interested in us. She was a good listener and let us know she heard what we were saying in a very courteous way. Jackie plans to purchase several pair of glasses, both prescription sunglasses and the regular inside pair. From here on out we will be going to Vision Quest and asking for Jadyn, when we need new eyewear.

They also carry some good brands of frames like Ray Ban. The eye doctor I saw was great! The exam was easy and I was sent home with some trial contacts. I was also able to have my new lenses installed in my frames in a matter of two hours! I highly recommend Vision Masters!

Not only were my transitions missing, but the lenses themselves weren't even the correct prescription. When I pointed out their mistake, the many employees couldn't be bothered to stand up. In an empty store, they sat there, lethargic and dismissive, and told me, "just bring them back later if they don't work out." That is not customer service--it's laziness. These employees were confused, careless, and more interested in closing a sale than providing even the bare minimum of service. For $600 glasses, this is disgraceful. Instead of correcting their error on the spot, they forced me to waste a two-hour round trip because they were too apathetic to do their jobs. Avoid this location if you value your time, money, or basic respect. Their selection is minimal at best. Better off at Walmart or America's Best. Still do not have my $600 glasses -
