This place is honestly a joke. Not once but twice has my mom brought her phone here and the repairs…read moreonly temporary. First time less than 3 weeks, second time less than 3 hours. And the customer service isn't good. You bring the phone back to get "repaired" again and they charge you more because it "left the shop working". To me it's just unprofessional, and money hungry to charge for a repair that needs fixed twice . Won't be back, won't recommend. They're also very vague with what they do repair, they say they order parts , replace things and do all this and that. But you never exactly hear what was done. It's not written down it's not answered when you ask the owner . They say they have "paperwork" but no copier . The paper work has no details. No pre inspection notes , no parts no replacements . Phone battery died after it left the shop, worker told me it left with good battery #s and it's extra charge to replace the battery. Note says it was shown and documented Low battery numbers yesterday, didn't mention it , didn't show paper work till I asked for it today . NOTHING . A joke . Scam scam scam.

The wife and I had purchased a "Litter Robot" a little more than a year ago, when it suddenly stopped working. When I called the company's tech support, I was told that the warranty only covered the box for a year, and that they no longer refurbished or repaired boxes past warranty. The company stated I'd have to purchase a new one, at considerable cost. I refused to spend that much cash again so soon after its purchase, so I started calling around to multiple tech repair companies. About half of the companies I called never bothered to call back, and the other half stated they only worked on phones. Finally I got a response from Ryan of ZCR Technical Solutions, who stated that while he had never worked on a Litter Robot before, he was willing to take a look at it. While he was a little out of our way (Indianapolis to Martinsville), he was willing to travel to any location with a mileage cost. The wife and I chose to pass on having him drive to us, and instead decided to drive to him. I'm more than pleased that we decided to make the drive, as Ryan fixed the issue in a timely manner, and at what I considered to be a VERY reasonable cost. He was friendly, communicative, and kept us up to date on the progress. Aside from Litter Robots, he also works on phones, tablets, laptops, computers, gaming consoles, and more importantly vintage repairs (as long as he can get access to the replacement parts). Money is tight these days, and with the recession, it's only going to get tighter. If you have something you want fixed at a good price, I can't suggest calling him enough. There was only about 15 minutes to closing. The young lady took a look and said sure. Then she offered to do it right then! At 6:00 she locked the door and then finished. The charge was half what I paid the first time and it was a quality replacement screen and the work was done right. I'm a fan and recommend them highly!

Wow, they're not kidding that they fix if you break. And they do it lickety split, too. This place…read moreis legit and will legitimately fix your broken screen problems. The screen on my child's iPad shattered on the way home from a road trip. Apparently, "it just broke on its own," according to said kid, but really, it looked like someone stepped on the iPad. Hmm, I wonder how that can happen, especially if you leave the iPad on the floor of the car like mom tells you not to do? Anyway, we called uBreakiFix on the way home, and we were able to schedule a drop off immediately. So we drove straight there and dropped off the shattered iPad on a Saturday evening. They told us it could be around 72 hours before we received it back. By Sunday evening, less than 24 hours later, the iPad was fixed and everything worked like normal. It was an amazingly quick fix on something that looked like it would take a while to deal with. We were very glad to have the iPad back (as was my child), and although it cost around $150 dollars, it was better than having to replace the entire iPad because of a severely cracked screen.
