They need additional staff and even a new store closer to Merritt Island. The area that this store handles is just too big. There should be one person working on just equipment exchanges. One or two people working on activating phones and transferring data - takes approximately 1 hour per. They can be located in the back of house like Apple does it. If you're closing your account and only want to return your equipment take it to UPS and it will get returned for free and they will provide you with a receipt. I only hear bad news about the XUMO. Decide for yourself. Don't show up at 7:00 to buy and activate a new phone. The store closes at 8:00 and staff would like to go home :). Great store!
