At first they said I wouldn't get it fixed until the next day, but the repair tech came out and said my repair could be fixed the same day, and to come back before closing. I'm happy to report my phone was fixed fairly quickly (keep In mind it was only screen that needed replacing). Come here if you have electronics issues. Depending on the problem, it could be pricey but they will get up and running.

First upon arrival the place is very sketchy looking with nothing on the door but a hung up banner that was half falling down. When I walked in, I thought there was no employee but as I approached the counter I realized that the employee was dead asleep in the chair. This was in the middle of the day. I wasn't sure if I should try waking him up, so I walked back out and back in to trigger the sound of the door alarm. They don't take any form of card payment, only cash app, Zelle, or cash (definitely not suspicious at all). I didn't get a receipt and I had to ask the employee if he needed my information so that he could call me when it was ready. He seemed flustered and said it was his first day. I'm assuming the fact he just woke up didn't help. I called the owner about two hours in to ask for an update and he said it would be ready in 20 minutes. When he got to the store it was in fact not ready and took an additional 20 minutes. When I got the tablet back, the screen was "fixed" but the iPad did not work when trying to touch it. We brought it back in for the employee to say it was a "defective part". We had to wait an additional three hours for it to be corrected. I will say the owner was responsive via phone calls and yelp but that is the only positive I found. The price point is low, but there are competitors in the area that charge similar rates, I would recommend looking into those.

Price seems to be pretty standard. I was getting some good advice on how to move forward with my phone. They are located in a really small building which can be easily missed even though it is painted in red. The walk from my hotel was not terrible but because they are fairly new, not a lot of people in the area know they exist or where they are located so you will need to do your research or see if the front desk of your hotel can write you directions. Best to give them a call in advance. I would definitely recommend.

THIS AT&T told me about the new 12 mini that was WAY better. The 13 Mini was way better, faster, and had more storage than the SE- and also pricier. With my trade in, I only had to pay the activation fee! Two people helped me! One processed the trade in and the other helped me pick the best color and case to go with it. They transferred absolutely everything from my old phone to my new phone within minutes and I left the old phone behind. They really went out of their way to help me and made my upgrade so easy! Only took about 25 minutes in all- and there was no line without an appointment. Will definitely be returning for any future AT&T trips.
