Took my phone in as it would shut down when charging. The woman Cece at Walmart in Ormond charged us $85.19 and $106.50 for "repairs". We went home and it was not fixed and doing the same thing. We went back to store and she did something else and again when we went home it STILL was not working. She was very rude and should not be working with public. I want these charges refunded but cannot even find a number for them. Beware. read more

Yep. Pretty much what everyone else here said. I was at the location in the Lake Nona Walmart last week. My "replaced" iphone screen was generic (not Apple-approved) and would freeze up. When I went back, they said they would only replace it with the same thing. Then, he just pointed to a sign and said "you can call that number". The woman on the other end of that call told me that the don't give refunds, despite what the warranty agreement said. The best part of her "customer service" is that she told me I was obnoxious. $300 down the drain... read more

Do not go here. I brought in my iPhone 12 to repair a broken back cover, they did not put the cover on correctly and now my phone is susceptible to water, the battery was not connected properly so I need to leave it on the charger all the time. Even though they have apple branded parts, they are not an authorized dealer and they will void your warranty. read more

HORRIBLE experience! Replaced my iPhone screen at the Cellairis location in the Kissimmee (FL), Walmart location three weeks ago. It was not a perfect screen replacement, but the phone worked, so I was fine. After getting it fixed, I always kept the phone in a good case. It was never dropped, bumped, or damaged in any way. Two days ago, the screen would not light up. I took it in for a warranty repair, but the store location had changed. So, my wife and I stopped by the Cellairis location at 8990 Turkey Lake Rd in Orlando. We had the original receipt and all documentation. The store rep (May) was very sweet, but the management team with whom I spoke was very rude. May called her manager (Chris) to get permission for the repair. Chris denied the repair. We were told they would not replace the defective screen (that was still under warranty) because the phone had been bumped or damaged in some way. This was clearly not true. When we asked for evidence of damage, they explained that the screen flickered when activated. We countered that this was not evidence that the phone was bumped or was dropped. They said we needed a special light to see the damage! I explained that we used the phone normally, and that the problem was not something we did, but instead, the defective screen used by Cellairis. Chris then sought additional permission from the owner (Beatrice) to fix the screen. We spoke to Beatrice a few minutes later via the store phone. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. She accused us of causing a scene. This was false. She then declared she would not repair the defective screen, and if we did not leave her store, she would call security. We were shocked by this response. There is simply no evidence to support this accusation. Even the cameras in the store would provide overwhelming evidence of our professionalism and respect in all our interactions. Moreover, Beatrice was NOT in the store, so she had no basis upon which to make this claim. During the entire time we were there, we had an excellent rapport with the Cellairis rep who was IN the store. It was management who was disrespectful. We still don't know why Beatrice was so unprofessional to us, but I did promise to leave a review of my interactions with her, and it is not good. Perhaps you may have a different experience at the Cellairis location at 8990 Turkey Lk Rd, but this was mine. I urge you take heed! The money we paid for the repair is now wasted. I will NEVER do business with Chris & Beatrice at Cellairis again. read more

ONE WORD - CHEATS! STAY AWAY. Even after reading the previous reviews I went here and got ripped off. Got an iPhone screen replaced that did not work properly. Went back and the "technician" (Jorge) said it looks fine to me. When I tried to explain the problem he started getting aggressive and abusive. When I sled to talk to his manger he point blank refused. Ultimately, I am stuck with a screen that has ruined my phone. Update: The customer service has acknowledged their mistake and have issued a refund, after Jorge and the owner of the franchise refused to acknowledge theirs. So, still would recommend not to go to this outlet read more

Used a groupon to have my glass repaired on my iPhone. I drove over an hour to this store and when I left multiple things were broken including my headphone jack. I had to call 4 times before someone would help me. I drove over an hour (plus tolls) again and the tech (after 3 hours) tells me it's outside her skills and I have to come back again. Now it's been a week since I've heard from the supervisors who claimed they were escalating the issue. Don't trust their 100% customer satisfaction bit. Not a trustworthy company! read more

Worst customer service took me 30 min to come here to purchase a phone case after 15-20 for the rep to acknowledge me buddy tells me the system down . What he doing sitting for 15 if the system down . I'm done with the place will never recommend this place again read more

Giving this store 1 star is too generous. They gave us our iPhone back and it wasn't fixed. In fact, the problems with it upon return were not the problems needing to be fixed when we dropped it off. They again attempted to repair it and then simply said that we fixed your phone although it was not working and would not even power on. They refused to refund me my money and blamed the problem on other phone issues. I will never return to this place and urge you to consider going elsewhere to get your gadgets fixed. This was $138.00 of wasted money. I have filed a complaint with the Corporate Cellairis Office and continue to call the local owned Cellairis store on Turkey Lake Road. They do not know what they are doing, will not return my phones calls as we were from Minnesota and have refused to honor their warranty. read more

Robert and Roman took great care of me. It took only minutes and they hooked me up with the plan for the price I intended to pay for everything. I wish I could have bought them a beer. They were so easy going and did exactly what they said. Customer service to the max this is how it is done. read more

My service was quick and painless! The employees were incredibly helpful and completed the repairs I had extremely quick. I would absolutely recommend this location to have your cell phone serviced. If I ever need a repair, I will definitely return there. Thank you for being awesome at what you do! read more

Just visiting Orlando and I walked in the store and felipe was quick to help me! Great and fast customer service!

Giving this store 1 star is too generous. They gave us our iPad back and it wasn't fixed. In fact, the problems with it upon return were not the problems needing to be fixed when we dropped it off. They again attempted to repair it and then bent the frame. The cover we ordered from them was poor quality with graphics that looked pixelated. They refused to refund me my money and blamed the problem on new management and employee personnel issues. I will never return to this place and urge you to consider going elsewhere to get your gadgets fixed. read more

I would rate lower than one star if it were possible. Brought daughters ipad mini in for cracked screen. Told no problem. After "repair", power button no longer worked properly. Worked fine before we handed it in. Then the tech said that sometimes that happens. Never said that before. When I said I wanted it fixed he said it was beyond his ability to fix at this time as he might need to order parts. We left it with him, and then he had another tech call to say it was an existing issue when it was brought in. We know that was not an issue as my daughter was using it during the trip and on the drive to the shop. That the tech would first say he knew this sometimes happens, and later try to claim it was an existing problem speaks of the lack of honesty or integrity at this location. That was further exaserbated by his wish to do the deal for cash with no reciept. I regret not taking the time to check these reviews before I went there. Unless you are willing to gamble with the repair and cost, and you have no real isue with the security or value of your item, I would suggest you pick another place for repairs. read more

Fantastic customer service and quick repair! They saved me from having to buy a new phone!

They don't deserve to be in business! Very bad company, very bad service, very bad costumer service. I left my Samsung galaxy note 3 to be change just the screen glass. Usually it takes 1 to 2 hours for this job to be done, but the guy in the store, Joe, told me that the phone it will be ready on Sunday, the latest Monday the 18th. I was ok with that. Ohm, and you have to pay before the job is done! Anyways I came in on Monday with my receipt to pick up my phone around 1pm. There was a manager in the store with an employee. I hand my receipt to the guy, he went in the back and came back with my unfixed phone. They didn't even knew that that phone was in the store. I could not believe my eyes, so I asked them for my money back and my phone. The manager, her name is Mickey, came up to me and start asking me questions like ,,can you tell me what happen", ,,can I get a chance to fix the problem". Ok, I told her yes but I want my phone to be fixed by the end of the day. She told me she will notify me when is ready. No one called me, so I went there by 7:40pm. She gives me the phone. They replaced the screen horribly. You could see the water spots under screen. The main button was wobbling and uneven. It was completely inside. They broke my digitizer and my LCD. I gave them my phone back and I told them that I want my phone fixed. The manager she tried to turn all the mistakes they did on me and tried to argue with me about all this. They still have my phone because they did not fix it properly. It's been a week already. I called the corporate office to complain about it. The lady on the phone told me that someone will call me back and no one did. Looks like the company hires just anyone and not technicians people who just finish High School. They suck as a company and in customer service. I was so ready to call FOX35 on them, so the rest of the nation will know what a Awful Company they are. Please, do not waiste your time and money! Go somewhere else. read more
