I'm glad we did because it was not easy. Joel was patient and professional and I am so grateful for his help. That's right, now we have to worry about the back of the phone as well as the screen, haha. The phone still worked fine, but the broken glass was getting worse so I called around to a few different companies to get quotes. UBreakIFix quoted $250 and would need to make an appointment, Lake Effect Phone Repair was $200 and could be done the same day with no appointment, and Repair Tech 360 quoted $149 and it would take 4-5 hours but they had the part in stock. I decided to just do the cheapest option, and was really happy with the experience. It did take about 5 hours, but Laura was so funny and nice and joking around with me, "What did you do to your phone," - I really liked her sense of humor. Plus the job was done well and my phone looks brand new again. I'd definitely go back for future repairs or technology issues. Their services are clearly priced on their menu screen.

I might as well have bought a new controller with that money. Avoid this dishonest, unprofessional place.
