Premier Wireless - iPhone 12 Pro screens in Stock Now!! All iPhone screen repairs done in under 35 minutes.

Premier Wireless

So, let's talk about this place real quick. I don't think it deserves all the hate it gets;…read moreparticularly from over zealous customers who base their ratings on one single experience. Meanwhile, I've been to this place at least a few times and feel more apt to discuss what works and what doesn't. First of all, their pricing seems very fair. Especially considering I called a different cell phone repair shop up the street (which is frickin impossible to find, btw) and they quoted a battery replacement job would be $25 if I brought in my own part. Premier on the other hand, replaced a battery plus a full screen assembly all for the low, low price of $35. Both the parts were mine. Many moons ago, we had to replace my son's screen on his old iPhone 7 for $80, sans part. I'm not sure how it would rate now, since prices fluctuate depending on the latest iPhone models and all that. But I would imagine if you have an older model cell phone, the repair cost will be cheap. I'd recommend purchasing your parts on Amazon ahead of time, as they tend to be cheaper there. The main thing this place probably needs to work on is their front desk service. That poor girl has to work the customer line all by herself and it takes ages! I mean, the place is fine when you're the only customer in the store. Get more than 3 people in there and you're gonna be around for a while. It says a lot if I have to wait 15 minutes just to pick up a phone. Anywho, it seems previous customers don't know what a middle ground is. Because that's where I'd rank this place. While they're not exactly the speediest when it comes to customer service, their turn-around time for repairs is usually 1 hour, which is pretty damn good. They even have free in-store WiFi. I'd give Premier Wireless 3 sparkling clear and uncracked iPhone 7 screens out of 5.

I don't even want to give this place one star because their service and professionalism was awful…read more Not only was I charged $10. over the usual fee to replace an LED light screen, they smudged the front camera lens that makes my face look blurry when I FaceTime and after they applied the screen protector, some of the glue got inside the phone and made a pea size black spot on my screen where the camera lens is located. When I went back to complain about the black spot on my screen plus other issues I was now experiencing, they said they couldn't do anything about it because the technician applied the screen protector out of courtesy. They would not budge to help me in any way except buying another new LED light screen even though I had a one month warranty. Stay away from this business because they will not honor any warranty and they will not stand by their work especially they messed up.

Throughout the years, I have visited this AT&T store on Kenworthy Street, almost corner of HWY 54…read moreat El Paso's Northeast. I have always had a positive experience because of their staff's professional customer service. Overall, having a positive customer service experience has much to do with product knowledge and realistic expectations. Over a decade ago, I worked with AT&T & Sprint, so I understand what to expect when walking-in to a cell phone store, for example, taxes for "free" or highly discounted products, activation fees for any new device, wait time for personalized (one on one) account-specific customer service, wait time to transfer data from device to device, wait time during sales or holiday seasons, pro-rated charges when changing plans, product availability, etc. keeping in mind all of the above mentioned, I have always had an outstanding experience because when I walk in the store, I know what I want. I know what to expect, and I also ensure I visit during a time and day when they are not too busy. With those expectations, I have never spent more than 45 minutes in the store. I am appreciative of the staff's patience and communication skills.

The plans are a lot and the employees lie right along with it! This company is a piece of crap and…read moreI wish they would remove this box from my home. I don't want anything to do with them they owe me money and did not honor their plans. I would never shot anything from AT&T!
