The guy behind the register states that don't have the phone. But he will sale me an I phone for 200 hundred it included the activation (I stated I want the to 35 dollars plan he said for this deal has to be the 50 dollar plan but can change it to the 35 plan later). I told him okay since I needed a phone. Then I give him cash. The printer for receipt did not work, so he will send me receipt via text. I never got it. I work three jobs so no time to go back or find the time to call because now with this corona virus stuff I am ill. So I let it go. Well now my son's bill is due. I can't change the plan to 35 dollars, I can only enhance it to 60 dollars but can't go back. Yes, pissed because now my son's bill is higher then mine and I have no receipt, nothing. I will never do business there and shame on you, just to get a sale.

They take the time to really understand how all the latest devices work, and they do an amazing job of fixing them. On top of all that, they care about their customers, and really give you the best deal they can, while maintaining quality. And they don't try to up sell you on unneeded repairs. I went in for an iPad Pro 12.9 screen replacement, which is no easy task. They did it perfectly and in a reasonable amount of time. 5 months later, the screen had an issue that turned out to be a manufacturer defect, and despite it being out of warranty, they would not let me pay for labor on the second repair. Stand up guys, great technical skill. I would definitely take any device I had to them again.

Will be going here for any future repairs and recommend it to all for honest service.

My elderly mother has been a loyal T-Mobile customer for years and recently wanted to port three Verizon lines over to her account for my nieces because Verizon's prices had become too expensive. Our first trip to the store was disappointing because it was closed during posted business hours. We gave it another chance and returned a second time. A young associate was genuinely trying to help my mother, but she needed assistance from the store manager named Rico to complete the process. Unfortunately, the manager appeared more focused on sitting in his car, smoking a cigarette, and having what seemed to be a personal phone call filled with laughter than assisting customers waiting inside the store. It was frustrating to watch an employee who wanted to help be unable to do so because management wasn't available or engaged.
