I must admit, my last dealing with the Vestal Men's Wearhouse was an aggravation. (It was a while…read moreago). Now, as stepfather of the bride, I reluctantly went back, and what a different experience this time!!! First let me say that the groom and his party were all outfitted here, and everyone was very pleased. Myself, I bought the entire outfit at Men's Wearhouse. Suit, shoes, belt, shirt and tie. (A nice Kenneth Cole outfit, and yeah- I look good in it!) I was all set. Until I got it in my head that the shirt was too big. So, in typical MAN's fashion- I waited until last week and KELLY happily and smoothy exchanged it for me. And also in typical man's fashion, I didn't try it on. Well, the wedding is tonight. Yesterday I tried on the shirt- and it's TOO SMALL, just too tight around the neck. So sheepishly I returned this morning to Men's Wearhouse and explained to TIOGA my scatter-brained problem. Much to my relief, without hesitation, she swapped out my shirt for me- AGAIN- and somehow, because of rewards points, etc.- I got a 77 cent REFUND!!! Any firm can sell you a suit. It's what they do when something goes wrong that really means everything. I was SOOO anxious about this shirt and KELLY and TIOGA were really so nice and helpful. Kudos to Men's Wearhouse and Kelly and Tioga!

This is a Gap Factory Store, which is different than the Gap. GFS, I'm told by my sister who works at a Gap, doesn't have as high of quality merchandise as a traditional Gap, but it is a few steps above Old Navy. When I went, there was a Sale/Clearance on everything, so the prices weren't terrible, but the regular prices didn't seem so far off from Gap prices. I didn't score them 4 or 5 Stars because of the lack of selection and I tried on 2 pairs of jeans that were supposedly the same style, just different washes and they definitely fit differently. Overall, not awful, but not great.

We had to switch insurance due to my husband having been laid off and subsequently getting a new position. In the interim, we had to send out to India to get my daughter's asthma medicine while my husband's new job kicked in for his benefits. When the aetna benefits came, we immediately went to pick up the prescription from our normal pharmacy at JC but were told that there was a problem with the ins and we had to wait until the next week to get it straightened. We were panicking as the last shipment from overseas hadn't come in on time. We called the pharmacist at Binghamton and he was amazing. He did some investigation for us and found that our new ins went through a thrid party for prescriptions then went out of his way to find the group number to use. On top of this, my husband's new employer submitted the date of birth backwards; something so little but that pharmacist caught it after looking up our old insurance we had at walgreens. It took him three different calls on and off for some hours and a lot of extra work for him. We will always be indebted to him for that as he literally saved my daughter's life. He changed it manually in the system and did this twice until the place my husband worked would finally get it changed in their system (what a nightmare). They are always so friendly, helpful and worth the extra drive. On top of this, Walgreens is now my go to during the coronavirus (Johnson City and Binghamton) as they are implementing stricter guidelines for wearing masks in the store and it's the only place I feel relaxed and safe enough to get anything in person right now. I go for literally everything; even food items now. I really just can't say enough about how much I appreciate them. THANK YOU!
