I am so glad that I forgot my running shoes! Super helpful staff. He started with measuring my feet and and asking me about where I run and what my goals are. From there he went through all the saws shoes first - one of my goals was not to spend a tons of money. Since I was visiting I figured I would ask about where to run. I am VERY, VERY disappointed. We do not have a lot of options in our area and was motivated by my running friends to go get "good" shoes. The sales person convinced me to get a 1/2 size larger because I have a small foot and am "hard" to fit because stores do not carry many in my size. After giving them a go for a few weeks, they just are too big and do not feel good. So much money and they can not take them back or exchange them because of their policy... which I can understand - however a manager was to call me back and that was 4 days ago and NOTHING - not even a courtesy call to reiterate the store policy of no returns after 30 days. IT IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL of management to just ignore someone who just spent over $150.00 in their store!! NEVER GOING BACK! read more

I had the shoes in under a week, shipped across the country. They were in pristine new condition and clearly never taken for a test run by someone. I was not thrilled with the service I received here. The man who helped me seemed more concerned with telling me how wrong I was for wearing orthotics than he was with helping me find the right shoe. I ended up purchasing a (rather expensive) pair but will be returning them because they aggravate the condition I was asking for help with. read more
