My elderly mother has been a loyal T-Mobile customer for years and recently wanted to port three Verizon lines over to her account for my nieces because Verizon's prices had become too expensive. Our first trip to the store was disappointing because it was closed during posted business hours. We gave it another chance and returned a second time. A young associate was genuinely trying to help my mother, but she needed assistance from the store manager named Rico to complete the process. Unfortunately, the manager appeared more focused on sitting in his car, smoking a cigarette, and having what seemed to be a personal phone call filled with laughter than assisting customers waiting inside the store. It was frustrating to watch an employee who wanted to help be unable to do so because management wasn't available or engaged.

Brad was…read morean absolute star in helping us in a situation that even Verizon tech had trouble fixing until over two hours later with Brad on various phone calls with them the whole time. It was some unprecedented issue that Verizon customer service had done to all of my phone lines while we were managing a family emergency from five states away. The first gentlemen - a young, short, permanently- annoyed person - was very rude immediately upon entering the store. When I told him that our lines (two in NY and two in our home state) had all been stopped while on the phone with customer service, he literally said "What do you want ME to do about it? I mean, you're at the store, you know." Brad asked if we had restarted the phones, and as I was answering that we had done that multiple times, the first gentleman interrupted me to say, "Yeah, that's what I was trying to tell her." I confirmed with him that he hadn't, and he said I interrupted him when he was trying to help. I did get up and loudly request for alternative help, which Brad was happy to continue giving me, and this young man said, "Go one! Go over there! I am not going to have you disrespect me." Again, we were without use of our phones five states from home and in the middle of a major family emergency without knowing how to get anywhere we desperately needed to be. I do not like that I yelled for someone else to help, but there was only on disrespected person in that discussion. I then witnessed several other customers come in for help, and his perturbed, grumbling expression and manner remained for them as well. I would have asked for a manager then, but I overheard two incoming store phone calls while we were there where other employees confirmed there was no manager there that day (1/21/26). Verizon tech customer service and Brad were exceptional. But that young gentleman was horrific to encounter and then watch as he was rude and annoyed with everyone else who walked in. There is no way no one else has witnessed that if there is a manager there, and there is no way he should have a public-facing job without having constant oversight for actual training on how to behave respectfully.

    by far the worst place I've ever done business. So after a front screen back screen battery…read morereplacement screen protector in case $500 for them to give me a cheap case the phone to fall and drop and break the front glass in that case after specifically asking for a drop proof case they said there was nothing they could do for it the next day got the back glass replaced the battery or so I thought paid my remaining balance called two days the battery was still acting up, not carrying charge. They said to bring it in because of work they couldn't come in later in the week where they said do nothing about the glass because it was dropped, even though I asked for a drop proof case they gave me some cheap case that did nothing. I ended up debating on getting a new phone so I left came back a almost 3 weeks later because my screen was completely They told me they didn't replace the battery that they just cleaned up the wires last time that the battery might need to be replaced this time with the lady said I paid for a said no you didn't. All we did was clean it. I agreed with it gave phone. They fixed the front glass came back and the guy was like yeah we had to replace your battery too and I was like well can I see my second because I can't find the receipt for it after 40 minutes of arguing with me back-and-forth about my battery not being replaced found out that I was charged for a new battery but never received received it so inconveniently me one as a courtesy. If I would've never asked about the battery, how would I have ever known that they even replaced it but charged me for it I find this completely shady and unprofessional after two different employees argue with me and said that I did not have my battery replaced, but I was lying that I was charged for another battery until they finally pulled up the receipt and prove that I was charged, but apparently never received it. Going to get my glass fixed again have a $200 bill forgot my wallet paid for half of it I would come back with the rest. They me an ultimatum and if I don't come in and pay that they were pressing who should the charges be pressed on because I had to wait a whole month to get my services when the Shoes on the other foot you guys deserve it right dead and there completely unprofessional will never do business with them again worst experience I've ever had with any kind of repair shop highly un recommended
