Went back in after about 10 minutes to talk about the issues, they said he would fix it with an original iPhone glass screen and all would be good. My elderly mother has been a loyal T-Mobile customer for years and recently wanted to port three Verizon lines over to her account for my nieces because Verizon's prices had become too expensive. Our first trip to the store was disappointing because it was closed during posted business hours. We gave it another chance and returned a second time. A young associate was genuinely trying to help my mother, but she needed assistance from the store manager named Rico to complete the process. Unfortunately, the manager appeared more focused on sitting in his car, smoking a cigarette, and having what seemed to be a personal phone call filled with laughter than assisting customers waiting inside the store. It was frustrating to watch an employee who wanted to help be unable to do so because management wasn't available or engaged.
