Absolutely awful experience. We purchased $30,000 worth of new Monogram GE appliances, and the…read moreproblems started immediately. The French door oven's heating element exploded the very first time we used it, and the repair process was slow. Not long after, the stove began constantly clicking--as if trying to ignite--even when the burner wasn't on, which also took too long to address. Then the refrigerator failed to defrost properly, causing ice to build up on the fan. This led to overheating and a complete malfunction, ultimately spoiling all of our food. When we requested service, they refused to come out, claiming we were now outside their service area--even though we haven't moved; they simply changed their coverage radius. I understand that some of these issues may stem from the manufacturer, but the end result is that we're left with $30,000 worth of unreliable appliances and no service support within 100 miles. It's clear they're willing to take your money, but not stand behind what they sell. Buyer beware.
