I went into the store downtown there was a gentleman I believe his name was Mike he was super nice he looked at my phone and said yes it would work with AT&t. Everything was set to go I needed to come down the next day and finish the transaction. Once I got there Mike was off a lady representative came up I told her why I was there. She told me that she was unable to look up to see if my phone was unlocked, that was the reason I had to return the next day cuz it had been unlocked it by then. So she said her nor the four other gentlemen working there could do that. She told me I could return and have Mike do it the next day. I got pretty upset because I knew out of those five people somebody could help me so suddenly she knew how to do it it all came back to her just like that. Two of the five employees spoke to me and were extremely rude and very unhelpful. And even though my phone would work with AT&t the day before now my phone wouldn't work and I'd have to buy a brand new one off them. What a joke. If you only have one employee that's willing to put forth effort out of how me you have working there you got a huge problem huge!!!!! I said why would I pay you again for something you did less than a year ago, I then told him I will not give him anymore business, he just shook his shoulders as if to say I don't care. I tell you, good service is hard to find, if I find someone were my service matters I will definitely stick with them, but I will not recomend these people to nobody, that young man was one of the most unconcerned people I have seen in my life.
