In…read moremy case I purchased their repair service on ebay for 79.99 for my Macbook Air because the screen was flickering. I sent my laptop to them on Oct 16 and after waiting four weeks with no status update from them at all I sent an email to find out the status. They responded that they found bugs in my laptop and did not want to work on it so they would return it and give me a refund. I waited three weeks and still no laptop and no refund so I contacted them again. They claim they have not shipped it back because they didn't have the time so I asked them to refund me in the meantime until the "find time". They gave me the excuse that their Paypal account is "messed up" and they could not refund me. This has been going on three months now and I finally filed a claim with Paypal to get my money back and had to file a small claims lawsuit against them to get back my Macbook Air back. Several buyers on ebay contacted me after I posted my experience and told me that this seller has been stealing people's items on ebay for over six months and judging by the negative feedback I see that this is true. IF YOU WANT YOUR ITEM STOLEN AND NOT REPAIRED SEND IT TO THESE CROOKS, BUT IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET SCAMMED DO NOT SEND YOUR ITEMS TO THESE CROOKS.

They never returned a dozen other customers devices. I got mine back. They didn't. I was lucky lost only $140. The others will probably get their devices back in a couple of months.

However, it turns out that the vehicle in question was not even ours. This incident was completely inappropriate and has caused unnecessary embarrassment and frustration. We believe that such behavior does not align with the values of customer service and respect that your establishment upholds. We hope that you will take the necessary steps to address this matter with the involved staff member to prevent such situations in the future. I'm only giving them a star because I had to to in order to write this…read more I had total Wireless and was having trouble with them was deciding to switch to AT&t. I went into the store downtown there was a gentleman I believe his name was Mike he was super nice he looked at my phone and said yes it would work with AT&t. Everything was set to go I needed to come down the next day and finish the transaction. Once I got there Mike was off a lady representative came up I told her why I was there. She told me that she was unable to look up to see if my phone was unlocked, that was the reason I had to return the next day cuz it had been unlocked it by then. So she said her nor the four other gentlemen working there could do that. She told me I could return and have Mike do it the next day. I got pretty upset because I knew out of those five people somebody could help me so suddenly she knew how to do it it all came back to her just like that. Two of the five employees spoke to me and were extremely rude and very unhelpful. And even though my phone would work with AT&t the day before now my phone wouldn't work and I'd have to buy a brand new one off them. What a joke. If you only have one employee that's willing to put forth effort out of how me you have working there you got a huge problem huge!!!!!
