The man did an amazing job fixing my screen, charged me fairly and quickly! He also replied to and answered all my questions through messenger/facebook. Yesterday, i then dropped my computer off to have him internally "clean" and install a virus software. Again, was not disappointed! Charged fair, polite and updated me on everything he did. It was also done by the next day. Highly recommend! I am not tech savvy but i can say, everything i needed fixing was fixed. :) I am satisfied knowing i had excellent service AND supported a small business within my community.

Came back and said it was the battery. So he charged my $110 to fix it. After 1 week I finally got the phone back. I took it home. I didn't even make a call and the phone did the same thing. I took the phone back to the store. The manager told me that if it wasn't the battery then there was a problem with the motherboard of the phone. He tried to upsell me with a new phone. $450 and he would give me a $110 store credit or he would refund the battery cost and just charge the bench fee. I told him I needed to talk to my stepmother. He told me that he would note the account since he was off the next day. After speaking with my stepmother she decided to just let the phone go and close the account. I called the store to let them know the decision. They advised that there was no notes on the account and that the don't refund the cost of batteries. So I ended up contacting the regional manager who refunded me the cost of the battery. Horrible customer service and experience. I'd give a rating of 0 if I could.

It has been three weeks and I was just informed it wasn't ordered. These employees are the most irresponsible, and rude guys I've ever worked with. This business needs shut down. Take your business elsewhere! After I finally get this fixed I will never be coming back to these fools.

I showed the young man how the lid broke and he said there's nothing he can do, I said what do you mean, it has been less than a year, and I paid you $247.00, then he says you could get it fixed again, I said ok, for free. he says no, I would have to pay again. I said why would I pay you again for something you did less than a year ago, I then told him I will not give him anymore business, he just shook his shoulders as if to say I don't care. I found File Savers Data Recovery, talked with Richard & decided to take a risk. Then I read former reviews & I became a little anxious. But not to worry, Richard kept me informed on the recovery process and, while it took longer than expected, I am extremely pleased with the outcome. File Savers returned my recovered data on an external hard drive. While there are some file extensions that I cannot open, 80%-90% of my critical files & data are there, along with nice surprises like personal & business photos & videos. It was worth the investment. While I never want to do this again, I would use File Savers if needed. Thank you Richard & team!

I picked it up and it set up perfectly fine. Not to mention the screen that was put on is "unknown" (not an apple part) which would be perfectly fine but my faceID now isnt working either. The only thing positive i can say is the employees were kind and the screen itself looks and works fine besides the faceID. Fully convinced they tried to play me for more money though.
