They also Buy used Cell Phones and have a large inventory of new and refurbished phones for all carriers! The also have Carrier Unlock Services you can pay for and Account Lock Out Services! Now, my issue that I came into the store with (I'm guessing) is a loose connection of the screen that is causing the bottom half inch of screen to flicker/mirror the top of the screen. She told me to go to CPR which will void my AppleCare. 5/10.

I went to this store to see if they could fix my step mothers cellphone that just quit working or…read moreholding charge. The manager of the store took the phone in the back. Came back and said it was the battery. So he charged my $110 to fix it. After 1 week I finally got the phone back. I took it home. I didn't even make a call and the phone did the same thing. I took the phone back to the store. The manager told me that if it wasn't the battery then there was a problem with the motherboard of the phone. He tried to upsell me with a new phone. $450 and he would give me a $110 store credit or he would refund the battery cost and just charge the bench fee. I told him I needed to talk to my stepmother. He told me that he would note the account since he was off the next day. After speaking with my stepmother she decided to just let the phone go and close the account. I called the store to let them know the decision. They advised that there was no notes on the account and that the don't refund the cost of batteries. So I ended up contacting the regional manager who refunded me the cost of the battery. Horrible customer service and experience. I'd give a rating of 0 if I could.
