    Took my brother's laptop in to be repaired due to an auto accident. Fixed in a timely manner and the follow up was free! Excellent service!

My granddaughter stomped on the screen (she disagreed about screen time and acted out) so the computer sat for MONTHS. I called several people about repair cost and ALL but PIT told me I'd have to bring it in and stated there would be a price for the inspection. Tracey from PIT quoted me over the phone after giving her the model number. She told me this price over the phone was a guesstimate but it gave me a ballpark to work with. I sat on that knowledge for several more months and decided to just do it, but because it had been so long I had forgotten what shop I had called. So, I got on Google reviews and called the first shop that came up; the man who answered was extremely short with me and disrespectful when I explained that I had been given a quote earlier. I am SO GLAD I followed my instinct and continued calling. AS SOON AS Tracey answered I knew it was the RIGHT place! Soooo, I was told it'd be probably a week after drop off, which made me laugh because what was another week? I dropped it off on a Wednesday, she called later and gave me the price after they checked it out, I approved it and BAMMM, I picked it up on Friday. Only one full day of wait time. This PIT Computers Inc, yeah...quick, efficient, friendly, and all at a GREAT price! What more could a customer want? The service is top notch! I'll never go anywhere else.

    If there were a rating lower than one star this company would surely get it. We have been customers…read moreof this company since they bought out Charter Communications over ten years ago. We currently have internet, cable, telephone and security. At one point at the beginning of 2018 we were paying over $250 per month (and that was with only expanded basic cable - no premium channels). After many phone calls I was able to get the bill to $179 per month (for one year). A new customer can have this same "service" for under $100. Beginning three months ago we developed an interesting problem -- every single day of every week the internet will go out between noon and 1:00 pm and it will remain out for one to four hours. Some days the landline telephone will go out too. Technicians come and technicians go and the problem still persists. We have tried a new modem, we reset, unplug and disconnect each time that I call with this problem always to no avail. Also, (and you just gotta love this) each time I call with a problem the agent tries to upsell me on more products or services that I hope would work as poorly as what I already have. At this point it's a bit like giving someone money to beat me up. Update on Nov 1, 2030 -- I thought it would be appropriate to mention that the same internet problem has returned in the 2+ years since the original review. We finally got a technician who replaced our cable from the pole to our house. He said that it's a common problem in our area ..... squirrels chew on the coax cable and he showed me the teeth marks on the cable. I inquired as to why in the hell squirrels would chew on coax cable. The technician informed me that in the coax cable manufacturing process they use peanut oil. Uhh .... what could go wrong? I anticipate calling Suddenlink again in the Spring to get the cable replaced. I think it's against the law to shoot squirrels off of the telephone poles in the city limits.
