I can do simple field trip permission slips to Wills. I travel to the customer. I am a notary for WV and KY I also sign OH if the customer is willing to drive 5 miles to cross the bridge. I have 18 years experience and have preformed over 3900+ real estate closings. Including manufactured homes, cash deals, new purchases, refinance and REO. I am trained to do identity and business verification's and can sign business loans and online automobile purchases, RON Certified in Kentucky. I am available to do DNA swabs as well. I am NNA certified, have a current background check and a $1,000,000 E&O policy. Worked for a title company from 2002 thru 2007 processing titles and abstracting. I was a Federal Compliance Officer from 2007 thru 2011, I have been a full time signing agent since then. I pride myself on completing the signing professionally and proficiently the first time at the table while making the customer comfortable with the process!

Established in 2008.

Started a mobile notary service when I realized there was a need for one in the tri-state area. I had an Aunt ill and in the hospital and could not find a notary to come there, I eventually had to hire an attorney and paid dearly. My fee is $40.00 compared to hundreds!
