Didn't call to schedule when said they would - twice. I had to call them. The first time I waited a month; the second time I waited 2 days. Didn't show up when they said they would. While we were on vacation we got an alert on our camera that a tree fell onto our screened in porch and damaged part of the house where it was connected. We had a great experience with Tim in the past with another tree removal so we called him right away and after sending him some pictures, he immediately went over to the house and looked at the damage. He was able to give us an idea of the cost, took pictures for the insurance company and FaceTimed us since we were out of state. Tim and his team were able to get a huge tree removed off of our house, cut up and disposed of in two days. He sent us videos and pictures throughout the whole process and gave us a heads up on what was going on with the damage. He also was able to put a huge tarp on the part of the house that was exposed to the elements. We highly recommend Tim and Arbor Max tree service. Tim was professional, honest and went above and beyond to keep himself and his team safe while also taking care of not to cause anymore damage to our home. read more
