I wanted to come back and update my review. The wife (Lauren) reached out to me to discuss my…read morereview. After going over the events of that day, she offered to come back and re-do the service. I agreed. Lauren returned and apologized again. She took her time, and the service was much better than the last visit. She appears to take pride in her work. I think they need to re-evaluate their pricing, or base it off of how dirty the house is. I believe they could really grow their business this way. I messaged them on Monday and they were quick to call me back. I was told that for the first visit they required a "deep clean". I asked about baseboards and they said it was an $20. I was fine with that. I was quoted $300 with tax if I pre-paid. I agreed and we booked the deep cleaning for Thursday. When Scotty arrived he told me his wife was sick and it would just be him. I offered to re-book if he needed to take care of her. He declined. He was here less than 2 hours for a "deep clean". The island or countertops were not touched and the baseboards didn't looked like they had been touched. The fridge wasn't wiped down and the counter around the stove wasn't cleaned. For $300 I'm extremely disappointed. I don't even think he changed out the water when he mopped the floors (my entire house is hardwood and tile in the bathroom). The shower door wasn't cleaned there was still soap scum on them. He offered to come back and clean it, but I had already cleaned everything he didn't. He did admit he "forgot to clean the countertops and island". He also offered 20% refund which I didn't decline or accept (but never received). I was extremely disappointed.

On May 1st we were told that the cleaning was underway and would take an additional day. On May 3rd we requested photos of the completed job. Ever since then, Mommy & Three failed to respond to us. On May 10th we had another cleaning company go to the property to take pictures and it turned out no cleaning had taken place at all. I'm not sure what happened here, but it resulted in Mommy & Three taking $150 from us and ghosting us. I'd avoid using this company at all costs (The photos I uploaded are what we found after they had supposedly started cleaning)

How is that my fault?. And she said it took longer because it hadn't been cleaned in a while. My kids and I have kept up with the housekeeping while I have been recovering from surgery. I just went back through the house. Glasstop tables are streaked. Some streaks on the floor. Dust on my dresser, the bathroom ,and kitchen countertops and trash cans.
