I wanted to come back and update my review. The wife (Lauren) reached out to me to discuss my…read morereview. After going over the events of that day, she offered to come back and re-do the service. I agreed. Lauren returned and apologized again. She took her time, and the service was much better than the last visit. She appears to take pride in her work. I think they need to re-evaluate their pricing, or base it off of how dirty the house is. I believe they could really grow their business this way. I messaged them on Monday and they were quick to call me back. I was told that for the first visit they required a "deep clean". I asked about baseboards and they said it was an $20. I was fine with that. I was quoted $300 with tax if I pre-paid. I agreed and we booked the deep cleaning for Thursday. When Scotty arrived he told me his wife was sick and it would just be him. I offered to re-book if he needed to take care of her. He declined. He was here less than 2 hours for a "deep clean". The island or countertops were not touched and the baseboards didn't looked like they had been touched. The fridge wasn't wiped down and the counter around the stove wasn't cleaned. For $300 I'm extremely disappointed. I don't even think he changed out the water when he mopped the floors (my entire house is hardwood and tile in the bathroom). The shower door wasn't cleaned there was still soap scum on them. He offered to come back and clean it, but I had already cleaned everything he didn't. He did admit he "forgot to clean the countertops and island". He also offered 20% refund which I didn't decline or accept (but never received). I was extremely disappointed.

For my next scheduled cleaning, he sent three requests for advances totaling $80. The morning before the cleaning, he sent a picture of a wrecked car with no explanation. I had to ask several questions to arrive at the fact that there would be no cleaning that weekend. I pointed out that, while I hoped he was okay, it is not my job as the client to draw this information out of him. He told me he would refund my money but now ignores texts regarding the status of the refund. Also, I was basically cleaning my own house anyway, as he would be finished with a two floor, three bedroom house in 45 minutes, and I had to basically go behind and clean everything myself, which is something I was going to address on the next visit. Avoid at all costs. I will never get my money back, and I had always paid more than he asked for services and tipped very well. In his last text to me after that ridiculous exchange (where he just sent me a picture of a car wreck), he had the audacity to tell me that I was being "disrespectful." I had been more than accommodating, and it is obvious now that I have been taken advantage of. I have screenshots and receipts noting the advance.
