I had an incredibly hostile and unsafe experience at this location. The counter employee began repeatedly insulting my handwriting, telling me it looked horrible multiple times, and asked if I wanted my package to go to Spain. This was not in a joking manner.
When I pointed out that this was terrible customer service, the employee escalated the situation, told me to "man up," and said I was being "sensitive."
I told him he was being an asshole and I asked for my items back so I could leave. The employee walked out from behind the counter, said say that again, and threatened to "knock my teeth out." I had to leave immediately for my own safety.
When I contacted the owner about his employee threatening physical violence against a customer, the owner completely deflected. He told me I "blew this way out of proportion" and stated that he stands by his employees. No legitimate business--whether a local shop or a major retailer like Target--would ever tolerate front of business employee telling a customer their "handwriting is terrible" and to "man up". He could've nicely asked for me to fill it out again a little cleaner. Avoid this location if you value basic professionalism and safety; use the FedEx at Walgreens down the road instead. read more
