If I could give them ZERO stars I would. This roofing…read morecompany turned my experience into a masterclass in incompetence. We paid them upfront, and that's apparently where their effort ended. From there, it was nothing but a cycle of false promises and pathetic excuses. They told me again and again that they'd be here "tomorrow," yet not a single person ever showed up. Not once. Their communication is beyond bad--it's practically nonexistent. I had to chase them down just to hear the same empty line repeated like a broken record. It felt less like dealing with a business and more like dealing with someone who thinks "customer service" means pretending to care for 10 seconds and then vanishing into thin air. The level of disregard they showed for my time and money is unreal. If this is how they handle the scheduling, I shudder to imagine what their actual roofing work would look like. If you value your sanity, your schedule, or basic human communication, run the other way. This company perfected one thing: being spectacularly unreliable.

He arrived on time, and worked like a Trojan removing two freezers, a washing machine, an apartment size gas range, and an unbelievable amount of other odds and ends. He was professional, friendly, and very efficient. I highly recommend James and his very valuable service. Phil T., Lancaster PA
