If I could give them ZERO stars I would. This roofing company turned my experience into a masterclass in incompetence. We paid them upfront, and that's apparently where their effort ended. From there, it was nothing but a cycle of false promises and pathetic excuses. They told me again and again that they'd be here "tomorrow," yet not a single person ever showed up. Not once. Their communication is beyond bad--it's practically nonexistent. I had to chase them down just to hear the same empty line repeated like a broken record. It felt less like dealing with a business and more like dealing with someone who thinks "customer service" means pretending to care for 10 seconds and then vanishing into thin air. The level of disregard they showed for my time and money is unreal. If this is how they handle the scheduling, I shudder to imagine what their actual roofing work would look like. If you value your sanity, your schedule, or basic human communication, run the other way. This company perfected one thing: being spectacularly unreliable. read more

I had several estimates sent to me from different companies. I spoke to Justin by phone and Caleb Thomas in person, both seem to be outstanding gentleman. They made a difficult situation for me, go so smoothly. When I called Caleb and gave him the ok to do the roof it was done in two days. I called him with an emergency. He answered right away, no phone tree or any of that. He was able to take care of the problem within hours. He was a very professional and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. I couldn't give him proper measurements, but he was able to figure it out from a photo I sent. I reached out to Roofing America a few weeks ago for help with my mom's roof that had suffered some wind damage from a recent storm. Justin took my call and offered to help. Update 12/20/21: More siding has fallen off the house, it was only a matter of time. Please just don't. There is no way I am the only person to ever experience this kind of poor workmanship and business practices out of Roofing America LLC. Every time I look at it I want to go over with a crow bar and start tearing the siding off of Justin's house so at least our houses can look the same since he's so happy with the way mine turned out. read more
