That being said the flooring installation was a disaster from the beginning. The kitchen was done twice. The living/den area has been worked on several times and is still a disaster. The house is 124 years old and needed luan under the vinyl but Shane denied needing it. very sparingly used liquid leveling which was not used at all after the second kitchen repair. I paid $12,500 for this. I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied. Think twice before contracting especially if you have an older home.

I had this verified by a local professional company which provided me with photos. I could not trust Rylynn to fix it, so I had it replaced by the other company and asked Rylynn to refund the money. Rylynn refused at first (with insults about my integrity) and finally offered to refund the money if I signed a legalese release. Having lost all confidence in the integrity of Rylynn (some details follow), I offered a reasonable revision of the release which Rylynn refused. Some details: The whole bath remodel experience was long and agonizing, and I am only including two things here. 1. The Rylynn workers lied when they told me the debris was cleaned up from my crawl space. 2. Rylynn workers returned (2-3 times) to fix a water leak I found in the crawl space. They finally fixed it when my son told them what to do. I am an old man who knows what it means to show respect to others. Also, I am a veteran and know how to do a good job. Note: I posted this on 1-20-26. the job was done about May 2025.

Very knowledgeable team, no matter what we needed they did it all, Bathroom Remodel, Flooring,Plumbing, Electrical work, outside hand rail, dishwasher hook up with pluming new electric outlets, they switched out an entire window for us. Water proofing part of the basement. Door repair, and a ton of small projects, the List goes on.... they literally do it all. This is very poor business and now when the screen should have been installed months ago they want to send back my deposit. Beware!

I contracted CORE a few years ago when I was renovating a family home that set vacant for many…read moreyears. The crawlspace was damp with mildew. CORE installed a drainage system within the crawlspace that also included a sump pump. They completely encapsulated the crawlspace and also installed a dehumidifier. They cleaned the floor joists and treated the joists to prevent mold and mildew. They worked diligently for several weeks. The end result was impressive. The crawlspace was like a habitable space. The cost was reasonable and the attention to detail was exceptional. The system has been in place for several years now. It was worked perfectly. The owner, Mark, comes by once a year to check on the system and provide any needed maintenance. His attention to customer satisfaction is impressive.
