JP was out the next day to evaluate the job and to provide an estimate.  We had a detailed description and estimate within 24 hours. He worked flawlessly with our insurance carrier and ensured the process went smoothly. His crew arrived as scheduled the day of replacement. They worked throughout the day to remove and replace the roof. Then, the team conducted a thorough clean-up. I told him what we needed done, he took pictures, we chatted about the process and he said he would get back with me. On March 1st he called me and asked me if I still needed the work done.??? Today is April 29th and I still have not heard back from this man. I'm going to have to say that this company's not very reliable.
