They cleaned the floor joists and treated the joists to prevent mold and mildew. They worked diligently for several weeks. The end result was impressive. The crawlspace was like a habitable space. The cost was reasonable and the attention to detail was exceptional. The system has been in place for several years now. It was worked perfectly. The owner, Mark, comes by once a year to check on the system and provide any needed maintenance. His attention to customer satisfaction is impressive. He called me stupid, and told me I didn't know where the property line was. I had to have the property surveyed and just like I told him the fence post was the neighbors, property line. It took me almost 6 months to get him to come back. The only reason he came back was because the City fined him for not having the proper permits. I called his cell phone Monday, giving him the benefit of the doubt that he got tied up on Saturday and couldn't make it. Left a voice mail on his phone. No return call, no show up - no nothing. He may do good work if he shows up, but I wouldn't know. Chris Monk of Monk Builders is building a house in the neighborhood so I called him and asked if he could have someone come by and check it out. He said Wednesday at noon. At 11:59 he pulled into the driveway, checked on the project, and had a gentleman come by about 4:00 PM and correct the problem. Mr. Graley finally called on Friday, a week after the first call, wanting to know if I still needed the roof repaired. Obviously no. I asked why he didn't come by when he said he would or return my call on Monday- he said he had been busy. I certainly will NOT call Graley in the future.
