If I could give them ZERO stars I would. This roofing…read morecompany turned my experience into a masterclass in incompetence. We paid them upfront, and that's apparently where their effort ended. From there, it was nothing but a cycle of false promises and pathetic excuses. They told me again and again that they'd be here "tomorrow," yet not a single person ever showed up. Not once. Their communication is beyond bad--it's practically nonexistent. I had to chase them down just to hear the same empty line repeated like a broken record. It felt less like dealing with a business and more like dealing with someone who thinks "customer service" means pretending to care for 10 seconds and then vanishing into thin air. The level of disregard they showed for my time and money is unreal. If this is how they handle the scheduling, I shudder to imagine what their actual roofing work would look like. If you value your sanity, your schedule, or basic human communication, run the other way. This company perfected one thing: being spectacularly unreliable.

I contracted to have approximately 1200 square foot of luxury vinyl flooring installed. The crew,…read moreShane, Jackie, Mikey, and Youngin are the nicest and best group of guys you'd ever meet. That being said the flooring installation was a disaster from the beginning. The kitchen was done twice. The living/den area has been worked on several times and is still a disaster. The house is 124 years old and needed luan under the vinyl but Shane denied needing it. very sparingly used liquid leveling which was not used at all after the second kitchen repair. I paid $12,500 for this. I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied. Think twice before contracting especially if you have an older home.

The bath vent install was OUTRAGEOUS! It was not connected…read moreto the attic vent. Even worse, it was filled with drywall chalk dust that was spraying into the bathroom when the heater was on. I had this verified by a local professional company which provided me with photos. I could not trust Rylynn to fix it, so I had it replaced by the other company and asked Rylynn to refund the money. Rylynn refused at first (with insults about my integrity) and finally offered to refund the money if I signed a legalese release. Having lost all confidence in the integrity of Rylynn (some details follow), I offered a reasonable revision of the release which Rylynn refused. Some details: The whole bath remodel experience was long and agonizing, and I am only including two things here. 1. The Rylynn workers lied when they told me the debris was cleaned up from my crawl space. 2. Rylynn workers returned (2-3 times) to fix a water leak I found in the crawl space. They finally fixed it when my son told them what to do. I am an old man who knows what it means to show respect to others. Also, I am a veteran and know how to do a good job. Note: I posted this on 1-20-26. the job was done about May 2025.

Mr. Mullins' quoted price was fair, he was available within a week, and he had good reviews on Angie's List, so I made an appointment for him to come on a day that my wife would not be working. He was in our home for about 45 minutes from start to finish, and told my wife that the charge was $150. She resisted, but Mr. Mullins was creepy and pushy, and so she wrote him a check for $150, then called me at work. I immediately called Mr. Mullins on his cell phone for an explanation, but he did not take my calls. I left two voicemails, with my cell and work number, and he refuses to take my calls or to call me back. He also ran to the bank and cashed his check immediately. In short, he charged double the quoted price and took advantage of the fact that my wife did not know the details of the quote. Do not trust this electrician.

I live in an old House and had been having a variety of electrical issues. After calling several…read moreelectricians to give estimates, it was an easy choice when Justin and David from Quinn Electrical came by the house. Why? They were very detailed oriented and gave me a lot of their time during the estimate to troubleshoot the issues. They were punctual, organized, priced competitively and did an amazing job. Justin (Master electrician)even found old knob and tube wiring we didn't know was still in the house. He fixed it and brought it up to code. We will choose Quinn electrical for all our electrical needs.

A few days later they called me and told me I needed to call the power company and get a work order number and that they would be here on the date they had scheduled to do the work. I got the work order number for them and on the day they were supposed to do the job, one guy showed up with a tape measure and some gal. A few minutes later he knocks on the door and says he has to run over to Lowes and that he will call me when he is on his way back. I spent the rest of my day waiting for him to call or to return which never happened. A few days later they call me and tell me that I am scheduled for this update on April 19th...a full month AFTER the original date they were supposed to do the work. Today, April 19th, the power company shows up to disconnect the power for them. I was told by Quinn Electric that they would be here at 8 a.m. The power company sat here till 9:20 waiting for them and then had to leave for another appointment. As I sit here writing this review, it is 10:14 and they are still a no show. I've called several times, left messages, the power company tried to call them and got their voice mail.
