He called me stupid, and told me I didn't know where the property line was. I had to have the property surveyed and just like I told him the fence post was the neighbors, property line. It took me almost 6 months to get him to come back. The only reason he came back was because the City fined him for not having the proper permits. He did not survey the property and the shotty Work speaks for itself. In this picture metal fence post is Neighbor's property line.

Zach, the company owner, either performs the work or closely supervises the work. He installed a new water heater. It had an internal leak from the factory. He took it back out, transported it back to Lowe's, and installed another new one. No questions asked, no issues. The project pricing is consistent and fair. I HIGHLY recommend All Roofing and Construction.

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. This roofing…read morecompany turned my experience into a masterclass in incompetence. We paid them upfront, and that's apparently where their effort ended. From there, it was nothing but a cycle of false promises and pathetic excuses. They told me again and again that they'd be here "tomorrow," yet not a single person ever showed up. Not once. Their communication is beyond bad--it's practically nonexistent. I had to chase them down just to hear the same empty line repeated like a broken record. It felt less like dealing with a business and more like dealing with someone who thinks "customer service" means pretending to care for 10 seconds and then vanishing into thin air. The level of disregard they showed for my time and money is unreal. If this is how they handle the scheduling, I shudder to imagine what their actual roofing work would look like. If you value your sanity, your schedule, or basic human communication, run the other way. This company perfected one thing: being spectacularly unreliable.

The response time was great. An appointment was set for the following day. The technician arrived on time and got the upper unit working in a timely manner. The repair price of $401 was about $150 higher than I expected. Perhaps this relates to my not keeping up with pricing on HVAC repairs. To my mind, there was an over emphasis paid in joining their repair club. The cost seemed too high to me. I declined the offer to join their club. The technician did not haul off the old filters.
